Also consider people who don't save story mode to the cloud, and people with multiple saves with both dead/alive Michael. How will Rockstar choose?

It's basically Rockstar confirming the idea that the events of everything at least up to the Heist update was before the single player, while everything since at least Gunrunning or Air-freight came after presumably Ending C.
@@RedJLP Not presumably it DID happen after ending C as confirmed by Tao Cheng. At least most updates did since GTA Online progresses with real world time meaning the first few updates took place the same time or a little bit after story mode while Heists,Gunrunning and etc. take place after.

Nope. Literally it's you against the world. You could get a Crew as in other players. but it gets tedious with time. To be honest I'm telling you now... this game is not worth it. It has turned so Grindy and Expensive (in Game Economy) Venture into other games.

I was hoping I could at least avoid that toxic interaction and just play it in a relaxed manner, at my own pace. I'm just interested in playing this for the story/cutscenes. But sometimes, I feel playing first then watching cutscenes as a reward feels better in my opinion compared to simply hitting play here on TH-cam. Thats just me.

so in short the effort we did in playing the casino missions was of no use coz duggan's took the casino anyway
so the main character is basically a Black "Claud" form GTA 3 ( no dialog) and Lester gets the girl and Douchy Bruce gets shot...Cool
