Can you provide the dyno charts for the claimed power increase? I love the sound! I'd be interested in buying just a muffler, lol, as I do all my own work on my Mav....
Comes down to Real world gain vs Cost. Had the same issue/discussion about it in Forums back in the day with the Dakota 4.7s. Do you really want to spend $800 on ceramic shorty headers for a claimed 10hp and 20tq but no one really had a Dyno to back it up? Or spend $500 for HO cams that claimed to give you 40hp lol
@@unorthodoxridez can you post them? A roughly 15% gain, on a stock tune that shoots for targeted torque, seems a little out of line. That's like buscher claiming 26whp on his cone filter intake.
just ordered me a 2024 maverick and got some questions. 1 will this be fine with lowering springs on the truck and 2 how is the drone. i'd think with the 8-speed its not to bad but it seemed quite loud in the cabin
Drone is non-existent. As for the lowering springs, you might want to reach out to our customer service team as they can give some more insight on fitment.
@@STAINLESSWORKSNET perfect will do I was def worried about the drone. Tbh I was hoping to find a valvetromic style system as I still want the power gains from the downpipe but may not always want the extra noise. And I’ll def reach out to your customer service for help with the springs. I’m fairly certain I’ll be going with some einbach springs that offer like a 3 in drop
Holy cow. $2500 is a lot of money for an full exhaust on a $25k vehicle. Good looking products for sure, but I think that might be a little off market.
@NXTLVL Creations the maverick turbo is one of the smallest turbos Ford has used. All 2.3L Ford's have a larger unit. Maverick inducer on the compressor wheel is 41mm, ranger/corsair/explorer 2.3t turbo is 46mm inducer on the compressor wheel. I have put a larger turbo on my maverick, and many others are in the process of doing so
I guess my question is, are you guys going to release, or have you released any access port tunes for it? I don't really have any reputable or well known tuners from me and I wouldn't want to pay to have someone dyno and put on a questionable tune for my truck.
Stainless Works doesn't offer tunes to my knowledge. They just build exhausts. However there are mainstream companies that are offering tunes for the Maverick 2L.
@@unorthodoxridez Yeah, I have the cobb accessport, which is kind of the standard on most vehicles and the one to get going forward on the maverick. I'm already tuned for 93 octane and an air filter, but that's all that cobb offers. basically any tuner can tune for it though.
HP Tuners used my 2024 Maverick to write the program for their TDN unit. RM Performance in TN has a Tuner named Randy who can tune yours remotely to whatever you run. Add a down pipe call Randy. I run a data log for certain driving situations then upload to the server so he can look at it and make adjustments. I have the stock tune on my app that I can return to at any time or back to the tune
It's well worth it. 10k miles on the system and it's still flawless.... USA 304 stainless is a beautiful thing. Especially when it's hand built right here in Ohio.
The catback performance gains are minimal and not really noticeable. You're getting performance primarily out of the downpipe whereas the catback is really just there to add volume and tone.
We need a real off road cat back , that’s in font of rear tire ! Don’t want that low hanging fruit under the rear diff! Already crushed the stock pipe on my lifted tremor on 32” bfg muds. Plus want to make a skid covering that whole dual clutch diff. So no exhaust under it please!
That's exactly what we're offering with this system. Feel free to reach out to customer service if you'd like more information on the off-road clearance this catback provides. 18008783635
Your price is too high. I like it but it’s too expensive. Fast Mavericks has a 3 inch Stainless downpipe with a high flow Cat for $795 and you only offer 1 for twice that. Sorry I like it and want to buy it but it’s just too expensive
@@unorthodoxridez it’s not superior as they’re both 3 inch stainless steel and the welds on mine are beautiful so like I said Stainless Works is just too expensive, I got mine shipped in a week so you can pay too much if you want 🤣
watching the video ....downpipe and stock cat back was definitely fastest reving....but 1400 for 3 ft of pipe...rediculous...only idiots buy this....maverick owners....this is a diy....for 200 bucks...c'mon
It was a pleasure working with you all. This exhaust performs very well and sounds amazing. Highly recommend it!
We appreciate your time! Glad you're happy with the system.
Your comparison clips are fantastic. Well done.
Thanks!
this looks and sounds incredible! can't wait until its available!

I like how he said no checking light, homie did his homework!!!
When do they drop on the site? Looking to buy the whole system ASAP.
Should be live by the end of this week. Next week at the latest.
SOLD!
Does the system get choked out by re-attaching it to the stock muffler?
No

Thanks for the price drop too🎉
So the horsepower/ torque gains with both.... About 31# 47ft for both or just the downpipe? So both more like 40-50# 55-65ft pounds from total system?
Down pipe only, we will know soon on the whole system.
Dyno day scheduled for May 15th
@@unorthodoxridez result?
@@jonathonvince561 haven't Dyno tested yet. Should be done shortly

It definitely drones quite a bit. They do offer an optional resonator I do recommend it.
I love how quiet it sounds with just the downpipe.
Booyah 👊🏽 😁 👍🏽 🇺🇸 I need this on my Tremor
It's the same for Bronco Sport Badlands?
When is this available? Its not on site yet, tryna get my hrsprs
The hrsprs and mopowa are very nice! Very spicy
Just ordered both the exhaust and dp for our shop truck. Cmon truck show season!

31hp 47tq gain without a tune or check engine light.. 6mpg towing 4mpg avg unloaded.
anyone throw a larger turbo from another Ecoboost? heck call up Magnuson.

Wow.... I'm speechless..... Sounds Op buddy 😎🤠

Nope, I have 5k miles on the system currently. From thrashing in the snow in Sudbury Ontario, to pulling the camper to the campground.
Does the cat-back work on the FWD Mav? Been trying to figure this out. Haven't heard back from SW
It should, but reach out to customer service on the phone and they can run you through it. 1-800-878-3635
It will absolutely work
Ill b the first guy to order the full system before my truck even arrives
It's a good decision

Ok happy they made the ice base model. I want it more than I wanted the hybrid now
Whats the increase for the entire system?
The catback performance gains are minimal and not really noticeable. You're getting performance primarily out of the downpipe whereas the catback is really just there to add volume and tone.
We noticed multiple positive drivability differences with both the cat back and downpipe. Definitely a whole different truck with both variations.

I like that there's a stainless steel option now, but the 2.0 EcoBoost is too "buzzy" ...it doesn't fit the image of a trucklet.
