Great guide and a whole lot more honest than many others. Stam sustain is really something to respect when you play a necro tank, don't underestimate its importance!
I’ve actually been thinking about it for a while. I think it could be great for a lot of folks just trying to get by, and not worried about sweating it out.
Oh, yeah, I’ve done separate videos for those, that’s why I don’t cover them here. I like masters s&b to help get to resistance cap on hard hitting fights, and for an extra heal. I usually pair it with engine guardian for survivability. Vateshran s&b I use in trash to pull things in. If you are already at resistance cap the debuff should be good on bosses as well, but I havnt tested it out to confirm it works as intended. Masters Ice staff I use typically when I’m doing KE ice staff tanking. The extra spell damage doesn’t do much on a cro, but it does a decent amount on classes that use spell/weapon power heals & abilities like dk, blade, Templar, etc…
@@Nightharrow Because you say it like a fucking idiot. You're not alone though, most of the ESO community has the English speaking skills of a Kolkata tech support scammer.
The way you pronounce Necromancer hurts my soul. Necro - having to do with death Mancer - practitioner in a field of magic Necromancers are practitioners of death magic. You wouldn't say deat-hmgic. Why would you say Nec-romncr? XD
It's EXTREMELY distracting how poorly you pronounce "necromancer." I highly suggest you correct your pronunciation of this word, considering how often it's used in this video. Otherwise, great video!

Thanks Elder!
Hey super detailed thank you. I started a necro tank recently and this has helped direct my build
Glad I could help!
@Nightharrow I love your guides bro and the classic Nightharrow spread sheet is awesome 👍🏻
Haha, appreciate it! And glad the spreadsheets don’t make the eyes glaze over. Lol
How about hard-mode for build creators - one bar tank build?
I’ve actually been thinking about it for a while. I think it could be great for a lot of folks just trying to get by, and not worried about sweating it out.
@@Nightharrow But don't do this build with a staff... It will be considered as cheating ) Everything easier in ESO using staff.
YESSSS NECRO TANK
dk guide coming soon?
Next :)
Nice!
I am using tt/drake rush for ulti gen, u didnt mention or i didnt noticed but which snb u using? Master or vatesh?

🔥
Now what stage vampire 1 or 3
Just 1, and that will typically be the case for all builds that mention it.
5, 1, 1 on Armour or all heavy?
Either is fine and barely a difference. I go all heavy.
For the FB , weapons trait for the shield?
I would go with sturdy personally but reinforced would also be good if you need more resistances. Would just be active while on your front bar.
N’cromancers?
Lol no one’s ever happy with how I say it.
@@Nightharrow😂 it’s okay. Necro-MAN-cer 😉 awesome guide so say it however you want.

Bruh you make my hea hurt I really don’t want too play eso anymore because of this crap so much math and farming involved
Haha you don’t really have to get into the math to play. Just get those who actually enjoy it to set you in the right direction
The way you pronounce Necromancer hurts my soul.
Necro - having to do with death
Mancer - practitioner in a field of magic

lol because I’m from the south, and we do that with a lot of words. Where are you from?
@@Nightharrow Colorado
Nice. I’m near Denver now and used to lived on the opposite corner of the state. Guess my southern roots stuck with me. Lol

It’s actually just my accent. When I say it slower I’ll typically pronounce it correctly, but when speaking fast the accent comes out.
