To mark this momentous occasion, we sent Chris Hewitt to Pixar's state-of-the-art HQ to talk to the movie's key creators, eat their food and try to nick something from the Pixar store. Growing up, i've only really every loved Pixar movies. I've been drawing the characters and making up characters for stories i made up in my head. I'm going to college for animation, in the hopes that i might be talented enough to work alongside some of the best animators out there. I know how competitive the job is, and i will make sure i am one of the best so i can give children the same experiences Pixar has given me :)

Yeah, I'm with cocopudding3 on this one. I would LOVE to be part of Pixar's animation university. I finally gotten my B.S. in Digital animation, but to be Honored to be part of Pixar to help make my ideas come to life (making something for a featured film mainly) and have A CHANCE to turn my own personal story into a film....that's a once and a life time opportunity!!

I wonder if there is a darker side to Pixar. Animators that bugger up a render getting disciplinary reviews. Supervising animators bullying lighting techs over shading until 3:30 in the morning. Check out the making of special on Nemo. The animators look awful, overweight, pale and tired. TS3 made over a billion dollars that has to come with a certain amount of bloodshed. It can't be this much fun all the time.
