Never stop learning, and never stop practicing, by the time you graduate school in a few years, you could have portfolio set up to start sending in to studios. you might have to start at a smaller studio first, but apply everywhere you can. I wish I started as young as you lol. Are you still trying to learn animation? I would study the movements of characters in animated movies, and study the movements of people and animals, and practice re-creating things in Blender or any other software you might end up using. If this is your dream, don't give up on it! It's no fun working as an adult in a non creative environment, trust me on that one!

To work at Pixar you have to get a degree at an extremely expensive art college and become a master of your field. Countless years of endless practice and hard work is what molds a Pixar employee. If youre not already practicing animation everyday in your spare time then you probably wont make it.
