You can directly go to PhD program in US universities if you have high GPA and good test scores. Having a masters degree should allow you to start PhD in USA. Getting funding for masters these days is quite tough because of the competition. However, you can get teaching assistantship or research assistantship if your profile is strong. Purbanchal degree works as equal as tribhuvan university.
