I agree! I actually make my own hair growth scalp oil using fenugreek seeds along with other Ayurvedic herbs and they are amazing for hair growth and thickness!

Wow alba !! It’s amazing how much you changed in such a good way I watched your channel for about 5 years now !! An just WOW !! Your the reason why I started my natural self care journey long time ago !!!!! From deva cuts to deval curl products to Shea moisture products to now products that a bit more expensive lol but worth it 🤣😘😘😘 many blessings to you an your family !!! Shout out from the Bay !
Hi, I just saw your comment about deva curl and wasn’t sure if you’re still using it but those products have been recalled as loads of people started suffering from hair loss/scalp damage. If you are still using it, have a look into it!
Pulling my note pad like “let’s take note, teacher is speaking “ 📝📝📝. Thank you for sharing ☺️❤️. Dry brushing changed my body and skin, especially when I was pregnant .
You have so much knowledge about how to treat your skin the best way! Thanks for sharing, I got very interested in the Shea butter products, I am definitely checking it out! Have a great weekend 💕
I remember finding your videos my senior year in high school 2012 & I remember subscribing right away! Still taking tips from you and will continue to 💕
Thx sweets , nice video, great pamper routine. Please do a updated vid on mensural health, period cramps, what helps you ? Ect…. Thx so much , always love your natural remedies….trying not to take any pain meds for cramps right now 😣
Thank you for this! I have been looking for coconut free hair products for a LONG time, and it looks like Vida has quite a few! Looking forward to trying that mask 😊
I laughed so hard when you said yes what else is it supposed to smell like. I love the smell of shea butter I tried ordering from the same brand before but now they ship to the Uk before they didn't. So true what you said about aging, I want to age gracefully, think of how many people have not even made it to our age. BTW I do not have social media but clicked on your page, alma looks so beautiful just like her mama. How is little manny? How is his autism coming along?, happy as always to see you love xo
Fantastic video. Lots of great info. I love your inspiring, comforting, healthy attitude toward aging. We can all use more, more of that kind of talk. Would love to know how often to dry brush?? Thanks so much.
Thank you for taking the time to share these products Ms. Alba. The tooth powder and the shower products are interesting, I hope to purchase many of the items to try for myself. May your channel continue to grow and help many people worldwide.
Use sensitive skin shaving cream for all areas and have experienced zero irritation; shave daily Regular shaving cream would cause rashes and irritation so swapped many years ago
Hi Lovely Alba, I have been following for a very long time and went natural because of you and your knowledge. Your channel has helped tremendously. I was wondering and wanted to ask if you are still using Mercola filter and how you felt about their whole house water filter? I bought the shower head when you recommended it a while ago but was wondering if you had any recommendations for a filter that could be added to filter the whole house?! Thank you so much for all your knowledge and videos they have been extremely helpful through out the years. I have been following since 2012 and you have been a huge influence ❤️🥰
I agree if you have BLONDE or white peach fuzz leave it alone. Many woman including myself have more than that even very dark and thick hairs, if so shaving is perfectly fine and it will make your makeup apply smoother as well as give the skin a glowy look
Also if you have large or inflammed breakouts or pustules you should seek a professional for extractions. It is very easy to damage the skin . Love the routine!
The hair in back growing less fast might have to do with how you tie your hair! I learned this recently in someone else’s video, the friction and tension when we tie our hair up can cause breakage on the hairs in back!
I do tie my hair high up more often than low so that area is most exposed and constantly rubbing on my clothing or pillow while I sleep. Having a satin pillow case isn’t enough. I’ve been sleeping on satin cases for over 7 years. It’s so frustrating you not be able to grow the back of my hair and always have that gap in the back.
@@Mrs.AlbaRamos Maybe you should switch to real silk then. I've heard that satin has no benefits. Silk is more expensive but worth it. Look for 100% mulberry silk and 19-22 momme (the thickness of the silk).
Great tips I love watching your channel, I'm 59 years of age I do a clay mask on my face every day, I also sugar scrub my body everyday. The results are amazing 😂☺️☺️💞💞💐
I have the same facial hair remover but mine stopped working because I used it on chin hair and maybe the hair is clogged in it- I don’t know. So you are lucky that yours has lasted for years.
I live in The Bronx and absolutely loved you for years! You're so inspiring ! I'm looking for a holistic dentist I can trust in the city. Do you have any recommendations?
I’m buying the Shea butter right now I have keratosis Pilaris all over my body and I hate it so much it’s no joke I used to use Shea butter but stopped ♥️🤭
It sucks! I feel for you. I only noticed it after having my first child. It got worse sense then but didn’t know what it was until this year. I only have it behind my arm, back of my thigh and my butt which is the most embarrassing place to get it.
@@Mrs.AlbaRamos I have it on my arms Butt cheeks My almost whole back It’s crazy I had creams prescribed but didn’t do shit . Anyways I guess I have to live with it I’ve had since I was about 11yo I’m 30 now so
Hi Alba! may I suggest flaxseed gel for hair growth (?) - I have been making my own flaxseed gel over the past two years, out of necessity to stop spending money on store brand gels and for the sake of minimalism, and frankly I feel like I could never use anything else. My hair has grown in length and thickness. it did dry my hair for the first months but I would supplement that with oil hair masks. Now I use it when styling my hair and It keeps my hair frizz-free and soft for days. You could also use it as a mask only, not for styling, and it'll do the job :)
That’s wonderful! I made my own flaxseed gel around 2012 and remembering liking it but stopped doing it after a while. At the time I wasn’t doing it for hair growth, I did it just for a healthier option and love a DIY but you’ve inspired me to revisit it. Thanks!
This is beautiful, however, i believe people should also learn to focus on making their inner man glamorous and as more as possible than only focusing on outward appearance. We do value beauty, yet its value only fades away and temporal. Be beautiful inside out en clothe your inner man with good deeds
Hi Alba!!!! I hope you’re well I follow you since a long long time, Im from Mexico. Let me tell you.. you are an amazing beautiful person, I belive on all your recommendations, I just have one question For you on this video, I know you are very organic and I know you select your products very carefully . I have a huge doubt with Aveda hair mask mention I Saw the ingredients and I found not to Clean Im I wrong? Tks to read me Hugs Elsa🤗
I’m soooo hairy. Lol I’m Mexican so my facial hair grows dark. I get a uni brow and hair just all over my face haha I take my peach fuzz off because it’s thick and black but if it was blonde or light hair I’d keep it. I also have to do maintenance like this every other day on my upper lip lol I use the same buzz tool you have it’s super easy and then the razor trimming tool for my thick “peach fuzz”
It certainly is a privilege to age. That is a great point.
The first ingredient in the Vida hair mask is fenugreek. Fenugreek is a South Indian secret for long, thick hair so I'm sure that mask will work!
I agree! I actually make my own hair growth scalp oil using fenugreek seeds along with other Ayurvedic herbs and they are amazing for hair growth and thickness!
