Eat Meat, Not Too Little, Mostly Fat
So glad someone spoke up. Adequate fat, animal based approaches are by far the optimal option.
One day when i have my ohn peace of land where i can grow al the fruits and food i want i wil try it for some time and when i need cooked food i will eat it, nut plant based all the way
Why not eating 60/70% raw or even 50/50.. cooked food also have bennefits and in this way you get more ballanced and more nutrients

Yes I do some low fat meat and fish fresh fruits and fruits juices and lactose free milk and lactose free yogurt and some rice and sourdough bread and I feel great
It seems to be working for this young lady but ot is a bit extreem for me.. even though i could live for a few months on mango's and other delicious fruits
How's her dental integrity? Dental decay? Transluscence of her teeth?
I had dental work from when I was younger. I feel my teeth are doing pretty well now.
