I am not a fan of travel vlogs, but after watching this one, I must change my mind. You 2 are very chill, and there is no race to match a preset itinerary of the required locations. Your videography and framing are nice. captioning and commentary are very helpful, and an explanation of where you are and what you plan to do makes everything cohesive. Most of all, it is your personalities and the way you communicate and interact with the locals and between yourselves that drew me in. Nice video, and I am headed back to your first video so that I can like them all.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a sincere comment 🙏😍 It means a lot that you enjoy watching us just being ourselves and showing you the amazing places and people we meet along the way. Thank you for your support!
The people of KK, Sabah are so warm and friendly. The seafood are very delicious and affordable. Thank you for sharing your travel adventures in Sabah and KK to your viewers around the world. Have a Wonderflo Day.
I've always wanted to go to Borneo. It's an absolutely massive island but I know absolutely nothing about it and the people. The pictures and video of the island is absolutely stunning.
Dude i miss KK, Sabah...I'm from the East Coast of Malaysia & studied in Sabah for three years...the seafood 🤤 no other place in peninsula like that!!!
The city of KInabalu is so beautiful and the Gaya street market looks nice. Flora and Note you both are positive role models to us subscribers and to the TH-cam community as well. Most importantly you both have such welcoming and warming hearts in both you're souls. I will be here to watch and support the next Malaysia series vlog.
You guys are so inspirational. I came across your Vietnam vlog previously and that inspired me to visit Hanoi. While I am contemplating to visit KK, your video come in so handy again. Thank you Flora and Note, love you guys so much 😍
I remember having a great time with Clackers back in the early 70s in the USA until they stopped selling them because kids were getting injured by them. I'm sure as an adult I would get sick of the sound of them quickly but I loved them as a kid!
Hello guys, I'm from Kuching. I used to be in KK for audit trip few years ago, and in crowded supermarkets you can see many Korean tourist there. It's location beside the blue sea is quite panoramic. I can't wait to drive to KK by this October. Enjoy your trip there.....
I remember battling and waiting so long to get a flight to Kota Kinabalu that matched a holiday. Finally managed one and so many friends in HK laughed at my choice/ignorant of the place. But had a ball. Seeing the long rooms of the headhunters and running Mount Kinabalu were highlights. Within a couple of years Cathay had many more flights there and it was a very trendy destination for HKers.
I think the Todak seafood market would be a hit for HKers! We're heading to see Mt.Kinabalu next. Can't say we visited Sabah if we don't see it, right? 😆
@@FloraandNote actually. When I sent to the market there was a violent confrontation between a Filipino stall and a local gang. It was a bit like an old style HK movie. The ride out to the mountain was a beauty. Enjoy! I recollect so many different churches - I remember our driver say ‘that is my church/mosque’ multiple times. After about his sixth church he said many Bornean people had multiple religions - just in case they died and had chosen the wrong one 🤣
19:49 onwards. I just love how angry he looks and then the second your wife saw your expression, she try it on the spot without asking why. That's a chemistry right there. ❤
@@FloraandNote i love that part the most in this video. Funny and proud at the same time. You both look stunning in that Muslim dress code. Hope you come to Sabah again to explore more of KK and other district. ✨❤️😇 🥰
We just came back home from KK. Following your recommendations, we visited the floating mosque. My wife and daughter wore Muslim clothes, including a hijab and a long dress. My wife chose the same clothes that you wore in this video. Thanks for your helpful information.
You two are the kind of guests we love to have over. Very respectful, very polite and very friendly! Hope you enjoyed your time in Sabah, and do come back again! ❤
Great to see you guys exploring KK, Sabah. Yeah, seafood there is fresh. Interesting video and always entertaining to watch. Thanks for posting, Flora and Note. Have a wonderful weekend.

Both of you look good and beautiful wearing that outfit at the floating mosque in KK. I have never been to KK and hope that KK will be on our to do list next and also to Makbul island. The rice cake normally you eat with the satay and peanut sauce. Normally the rice cake is wrapped in coconut leaf and boiled. The plastic ones is easy to use.

I’m so glad you enjoy my hometown during your first day. I can’t wait to go back soon to visit the family. There are so many more nice places to visit if you have a chance. The Mari-Mari cultural village, Kundasang / mount Kinabalu is a must to go. Go to the islands around too. For a nice rooftop sunset view - On23 Skybar at Hyatt centric hotel is a place to go. Other option, sunset bar at Shangri-la in tanjung aru. Could have refreshing bear and wine while watching sunset…
