My pawpaw gave me a truck | GMC Restore part 1

As a graduation present, my Pawpaw gave me his dad's (my great-grandfather) 1972 GMC K15. This video provides an introduction to what I hope to achieve while restoring this classic truck.

Very nice truck! Great thing with these old chevys is that majority of the small stuff you can get and its cheap. Got some small stuff to give you some things to mess with. With it being 2wd it would be cool to have lowered or just keep it orig.

I wouldn't remove that radio because you'd have to cut the dash to put a newer one in. My suggestion is to mount a more modern stereo in the glove box, out of sight.....that's what I've done in the past to keep the original look.
