Wow... I love Swedish players for always being very transparent. They never disappoint as they are saying things like they are suppose to be said and don`t care if you like it or not. When he answered the question about his mindset of joining Ottawa this season and if it would change from the one he had for the past years with Boston. Right there he showed us the type of character he has and the mindset he will bring to others, and his leadership he will bring overall to the Sens. Just so impressed with the entire interview and I am really excited as an Sens fan to have him on our team. GO SENS GO!
Bruins fan since 1976 here and I've got a goalie fetish. Through the decades the B's always have excellent goalies. Linus is one of them. He's a tall dude built like a pro tennis player, seems to be an excellent athlete who's smart, agile and flexible. Always in position and square to the shooter. Reads plays at high levels and never plays a lazy style. His 2ish years in Boston were highly impressive. He was World Class 2 seasons ago and dominated the 22-23 season winning the Vezina. He was terrific this year as well for the Bruins. Sens just got a terrific person and elite goalie. Linus is the real deal.
Die hard Canucks fan here but Sens has always been my second team that I cheer for so I'm really stoked that Ullmark is a Sens now. I think he is a very good goalie and I truly believe the Sens has really raised to another level and gotten significantly better by having him as their goaltender now. Let's Go Senators Baby!!

If he stays healthy all year, and your team manages an average of 2.15 goals a game, you are headed to the playoffs. Guaranteed. He's a good fit in Ottawa, and we are all happy he found a home. It's about goddamn time this team reaches the playoffs for once. It's not fair to the fans. Sounds like management smartened up and made sure they got a good goalie that can carry them. This will be a dangerous team.
Linus, you’re truly a class act unbelievable human and player. I got the opportunity to meet you on the road last year in Arizona as a Bruins fan. You were very gracious. I cannot deny this. But this time it‘ll work! Honestly, I think it‘s more a leadership and softness problem. None of the stars can take hits beyond Brady. But he doesn‘t seem to have the leadership skills to back up his rough play so it amounts to nothing more than whining. There shoudn‘t be a skill on paper problem. It seems to be a heart problem to me.
I just hope people don't think Sens are a playoff team because of Ullmark. If nothing gets done on defense, which was god awful last year. Itll be the same thing. They need those shutdown guys.
