the answer for the "does every enemy ignore you when you wear the goomba mask" is actually yes, some enemies basically aren't even aware mario is a threat to them, so they just walk aimlessly

You just never see it because all player,Goomba, and Lava bubble need to be on screen for you to see and if the players on screen the Lava bubble will start jumping higher.

I think how the goomba mask works is that it just forces the AI to act as though mario was not there, enemies will not actively attempt to harm mario while he is wearing the goomba mask.

Actually charged shots *are* stronger. But you didn't charge them to max, there fore they weren't charged shots!
If you interupt the charge, it doesnt shoot, so yes, he did. The difference between charge shots and normal ones in that charge shots go further
@@chrispo7610 if you interrupt the charge, it does a normal blast.
Did you see how long it charged for in the start? Unless charge shot does 0.1 more damage, that first shot should have made it take 6 hits or so.
Not to mention they make a noise when fully charged, and it made the noise every time
