The Walter PDP Pro SD compact 4.6 failed me once

My walter PDP Pro SD 4.6 compact had a extractor issue when I decided to get rid of my old hollows I’ve been using for the past 3 years and unfortunately I had a mix of 115g and 124g hollows
I called Walter about the issue and they were willing to work on it but I had to deal with the label and shipping it out I spent over 50$ with taxes and fees included
