Lauren! What a great vlog! I would LOVE to know how long you were there, and the total cost of everything on your trip. Seems amazing! OH, and I’d love to know what you packed for your trip out in the desert.
Thank you! I was there for a 4 day tour and my cost as a solo traveler with my guide was $1550, and I did pay for my first two hotel nights because I had points.
I basically packed that small bag for the desert so I didn’t have to haul the big one in the camp. I had my photoshoot outfit, pajamas, an outfit for the next day, camera gear and chargers, and whatever toiletries I needed for the night.
So relaxing
I pack lotion in the flat bottles you showed. I have sensitive skin and am allergic to most of the lotions in the hotel. I used it on my feet, hands and legs before bed and when I get out of the shower. It helps with any dry spots and crepey skin. I tend to get dry skin when traveling. Being a curly, I definitely add a deep conditioner and gel to my liquids in the flat bottles. They have refillable toothpaste tubes my Matador. I also saw a video where someone refilled the travel toothpaste easily. I take the mini bar soap and cut it in half since the whole bar won’t be used up and it cuts on some weight. I like. The Matador soap bag too. It’s cheaper on their site too.

And I know photography is your thing but I’d love to hear how you chose that tour company and why you chose those locations in Oman. I don’t typically do group travel but would love to do a group there with y’all.

Unbelievable photos, 😮 you must have gone nuts editing the proofs for your montage!!!❤ Love your fashion shoots, landscape views, diversity of places and activities - for a week plus commute that's AMAZING... if I could rehab by summer and be ok to hike and swim so I dont hold up the tour, I will consider signing up

Lauren, what packing cube do you find works best with your heys ultralight carry on?
I tend to use the heys ones when I travel with my heys bags, but it all depends on what you’re packing! You should be able to fit 2 medium ones on one side!
