Great personal (brave) interview. Excellent that you have reached that point of loving yourself Natasha, the fact that it brought forth a well of emotion lets you know how true it is. 💙 😇 💯
I might offer an alternative take on the perception of When Harry Met Sally as “a man figuring out a complicated woman” to “a man opening up his perspective on women-and therefore (hopefully) himself too.”
I have trouble with the trusting the universe also. It seems to me the people who are always touting this are successful. Maybe ask the people who have worked their butt off and haven't achieved their dream. I like the idea of calculated risk but also that maybe what you think is best for you may not be and that failure may actually be what will help you most in ways you can't see at the moment
astounded to hear 20 yrs of therapy : therapists ive. sometimes seen to tend to try to keep you clinging as it pays their bills. Astounding to hear it again way to long 20 yrs total dependant
Listening to your body and emotions for the signals of safety, for the pull toward AND being honest about the signals to pull away ❤🙏
