Haven't heard a cicada this year out west, you have plenty of them in the background Barrie. Great clip Barrie, hopefully they will one day repaint 4836 into the green and yellow it was once in.
Hi Dave, on a recent trip to the Southern Highlands, they were almost deafening, there are so many around my way this year. Yeah it would be good to see it back in 125 year Livery, the green did get almost faded to grey it later years. Hope you had a great Christmas Dave.
The 49 class is an EMD (GM) not an Alco. The 48 being an Alco is the smoking one. Great bit of video. Keep it coming.
Thanks for the clarification. And yeah that turbo lag on the 48 sure makes a good show. Thanks for watching
Nice pictures thanks Barrie.👍👍👍👍
Hi Bob, thanks a lot. 😄

Dave, they're incredibly loud. Two different varieties out at the same time apparently, first time in 100 years or something similar.
First time since 1803, very exciting times.
Great clips, thanks for sharing. Restaurant car sure looked out of place. Cheers.
It really did, a bit of a patchwork there. Thanks for watching
