Saiki 's limiters dont make him weak, if they're off, he has so much power that he can't control and it would probably destroy the world so he has to keep them on.
Also wang ling definitley deserves his spot it was valid he was able to mess with the show's animation and frames and created a new reality just because he got mad. He was able to literally break time too. My man is built different he was even able to destroy a planet that was said to hold an infinite number of demons just by being there.

bleachverse scaling is so inconsistent it hard to give him a concrete scale but rimuru should definitely be higher
for Kuro from In/Spectre they literally left out the fact that he can also see the future due to a power that would originally kill him but that debuff was offset due to his immortality. Plus every time he died he could see all possible futures then pick the most favorable one. How could they not include 50% of the dude's abilities when explaining his ranking honestly I think it should be higher depending on the rest to come.

Credit where it’s due: they accidentally stumbled onto some characters that you can argue are in the top 50… and then they imply that Gon can essentially solo the One Piece, Bleach, and Reincarnated as a Slime worlds without breaking a sweat.

Im pretty sure Wang Ling is the strongest in Anime why? He was the only one who isn't a joke charakter but realised he is only a Manga and fiction. He knew that there are people that are drawing them. Once he realised the drawer of the Mangaka didn't draw them anymore. So slowly they all disappeared. But Wang Ling came to the real world and said to them that they should keep drawing.

the problem with these list is not that they are just bad all around, they just place 1 person in the wrong spot that throws off all the scaling. for example, i thought that manga deku at 25 was a good spot for him, since he is kinda insane now. but in reality it's a horrible pick considering he has multiple people behind him, including ICHIGO, that should be wayyy ahead of him. i feel like for this list, the people that threw it off were asta at 49, Rimuru a 43, ichigo at 35, kaneki at 31(Im laughing), gon at 15, and my god who put meruem at 9! there are a few others,but if you just switch them to their proper place, the list aint bad and deku wont be able to one shot asta lol
even withouut the abstract characters deku would never make it in the top 25

Actually Koro-Sensei was charged for blowing up the moon by the government, but its stated in the anime that he wasn't the one who blew up 70% of the moon, it was a rat that was being tested on. Also, Koro-Sensei only has the ability to get up to Mach 20 speeds, but he does not have super strength or anything, so he technically should be ranked lower on the list.

About Yuu from Charlotte, his power is definitely OP, cause it works like if you have any special abilities, he can take control of your body for a few seconds if you're in his sight. And after he goes back to his own body after doing this, all those special abilities aren't yours anymore, they're his. However, I think this only applies to special powers, and not, say, strength and speed, so makes sense that he's here, but not on the likes of characters who don't deal i special superpowers, like Saitama and Goku.
It is actually him removing the sickness from you so if your power isn't a sickness then he can't take it
To say that characters like featherine, anos and rimuru shouldn't be on the list if asta is at 49 is implying something ridiculous which I won't mention. You can fit over 300 characters between asta and those three. Asta's anti Magic will literally make no difference. Even the grand priest from DBS gets smoked.

Yuu Otosaka from Charlotte has a quite interesting ability. The ability to just steal somebody's ability from a range. Using this ability he has countless of abilities, but only a few of them are known by the viewer. The only problem is that we don't know if his power works on characters from different animes.
Even giving him the ability to use his power on characters from different verses Im pretty sure he can only take powers not natural or gainable for the person through training and things, so he couls maybe steal stands but he probably isnt stealing stuff like chakra abilities or psychic powers from mob or saiki k

The Monogatari series has high scaling but she is nowhere near strong enough to be in the top 50. His other series named medaka box, on the other hand, has some insane people that honestly could take up a couple of the top 25 spots by themselves even having someone so op I'd place him in the top 5 strongest of all time.

The world is fictional characters coming in the real world from their created world. Altair is a creation of the friend of the main character who takes her own life, leaving Altair without a creator. Since she has no creator, her fans became her creator and anything written becomes one of her powers since there is no one person (her creator) to limit her

I don't know if he deserves number 5 or not,and I have only watched the first season of it,and have gotten a some heavy spoilers of season 2's final episode,and the comic series.
This guy made a whole universe while destroying another one(whole unintentionally destroying the three realms),can reverse an entire timeline,has destroyed the demon realm,and brought 3 exoplanets to Earth in 33 seconds,and that's not even half of his feats.
His speed is much faster than FTL.His hits and durability are low multiversal level(according to wiki fandom),and has gone to the real world(yes,that's an actual thing in the donghua).

the thing about mu-jin park being on the list is for those who have read the webtoon series he is from and not just the anime would say he is higher on this list i would say if this was fully accurate he would be around mid 20- to high 30 but my anime knowlege is also limited to what i know in general but for those who want to know why he would be ranked so high and dont care about spoilers for the original webtoon the reason he could be up their is due to near the end of the series he had ended up fusing with basically the most powerfull being at that time in his universe that was capable of destorying and creating planets extremely fast or instantly. and the being he fused with hand multiple universal ending weapons at their disposal that he now has access to.

Simon is def top 1 based on goku and zeno being 1 and 2😂. People dont realize that he was not infact standing on galaxies but he was walking on whole universes. Simon 11d which puts him over goku zeno and almost all anime characters. His end game drill alone is the width of 7 whole universes. Think abt that for a second. To add on simon is known as the embodiment of willpower and spiral energy is based off willpower meaning its infinite according to the manga.

He is able to destroy mountains by swinging his sword, his sword doesn’t even have to make contact to do so, he can teleport, has endured thousands of years of pain, and can use his spirits to create indestructible barriers and powerful weapons, the disrespect bro

Wang Lee has a perfect spot from what I've seen in season 1. He created a universe after he destroyed the other by mistake. He broke the first universe when he got serious. When he was a baby, he power was so strong that he broke swords that were supposed to have tons of magic emitted in them, and he broke them by holding them. He scared the devil when he got mad

in the final part of charlotte, yuu goes on a quest to go around the whole world for years to take every ability user's powers (to "save the world" i guess from ability users) because of his OP ability being to literally just activate his power on a target and boom, their power is now yuu's. Along with probably the uncountable amount of different powers he has, he already is op. but what is more op is his base ability, to just steal all of someone's powers by activating his ability. It depends on what you count that he could steal, but even if he cant steal his opponents powers he still has like a million different powers to use. Not sure if he should be that high or not, but thats an explanation of his power
