- Apple ID balance is less than $0.99, so can't spend it and change the App store Country/Region? In this video we will show you easy step by step process to Reset App Store Balance to $0.00 to change the App Store Country.

After several trials. $0.01 successfully cleared
I was getting stuck at the "Unable to purchase" stage. What worked for me was using the Apple Support app from my iPad, then select
More Products > App Store > Subscriptions & Purchases > Unable to purchase
And select chat option. From there on, everything worked as expected and now I'm finally able to change my Apple ID country. Thanks a lot for the video. 👍

I feel so envy about all the people who got cashed out via the chat. While I was chatting with the customer associate, she asked me to provide a valid reason to clean that. I said I want to forfeit the one cent because I cannot do anything with this one cent. She said she could not help as my reason was not a valid reason? She asked me put more money in to use it via app store. Excuse me? I was like getting in a trap. She asked me phone number for call back because they could not do it via chat but phone from their senior associates. I was like... so why she was wasting my time asking so many Qs at the first place instead of throw me out like I could not help you please give us a call. we could help you via calls.
Can you update this video because I don’t have the same options you had
They will no longer zero out your balance just in chat as of November 2021. It is now done ONLY over the phone. The chat person will instead get Apple to call you. Instead of tapping Chat, tap Schedule a Call. When the Apple Representative calls, tell them the name on your foreign account. Tell them you simply want to change your region. They will then do everything the young lady in the video said. You will be all set.

Hello, once I click on billing and subscriptions there is no “subscription and purchases” option, instead there is “view purchase history” “request a refund” “cancel your subscription” and “very unfamiliar charges” any solution to this please?
Hi Scorpe, If 'Subscription and Purchases' does not have the Billing and Subscription option, Select App store and check if you get the Billing option, or unable to purchase option. It should fix the issue.

Hi -hayumii-, Then You can use this process for now. If you want to change your Apple ID region, it will be better if you create a New Apple ID for that Region.
