I feel like so many players turn the reticle bloom off too early when they start playing and they just assume all of the shots are going to land exactly where the crosshairs is. I think it leads people to picking fights from the wrong distance
Honestly, this guy isn’t nearly as bad as Flats made him out to be, especially seeing that he just started playing FPS games. Like he had pretty good aim, used his abilities decently well, and had consistent target priority. Compared to other bronzes Flats spectated, I’d think this guy was at least mid-high silver if I didn’t know he was bronze.
I saw Tracer players from silver to plat that are not as good at this guy, I thinks he is pretty good, yes he need more practice and as soon as he get it he will climb... if the opposite team keep be blindfolded ^^
I’m a learner. Watching you Flats, I tried some different things and they worked. After doing them a few times, I learned why. I went from silver to diamond (not big, I know)

So, I'm a year+ late to this video. I decided to start learning Tracer a couple days ago and currently have about 3-4 hours on her. Watched a couple videos (that's also what brought me here just to see what tips Flats has for her), and I have "an idea" of what to do with her. So far, i've played her mostly in Plat 4 - Plat 2 lobbies and have about a 70% win rate with her and what I think are decent stats....so i dont think i'm doing very bad at all. All that said, this guy looks like he was already better than I am at this point. I understand i'm new to her, but he was bronze. So kudos to him, and now I gotta re-evaluate if I think i'm actually decent with her or if i'm just being hard carried.
I like how Flats keeps referring to it being an ego vod and how the enemy team is just worse - the guy said that in the original message! He joked about it being an ego vod and said he knew it was more that the enemy team was worse
As an old plat support (zen/brig) and recent low gold support (zen/Lucio). (Yes i love Zen, and not it's not a dps, average 6k heal/round) That tracer is Okay, like mid silver tracer, since the vod he def improved a lot
The way you are talking about fighting games makes me really wanna see you try one. Street Fighter 6 literally just came out. Maybe you should try streaming it a little.
Anyone know if he ever does game submissions that aren’t bronze but just incredibly good content? I had a ranked game recently that i have never laughed at so much and honestly think it would make great content if someone would review it, so i checked the discord but he only looks for bronze games or cheaters.
unfortunate but understandable, the content style is making fun out of cheaters and bad bronze gameplay. I think that could be considered stealing content.
I feel like one of their problems is recognizing their team's support. Like, they were deathly afraid of going into their own Mei's blizzard when friendly fire isn't a thing. Probably played CSGO or Valorant before sticking to Overwatch, or juggled between them.

I know exactly what was going through my mind with the orisa too, “im too close i need to back up a little.” But I recognize that’s dumb because the orisa wasn’t going to turn her back to my entire team, it was just a waste of blink.
Honestly might look into having a coach or something to help me vod review, that’s definitely something I wouldn’t have realized without you saying it.
@@wish5615 Glad I could provide some insight. I wish you luck and have no doubt you can and will climb, especially if you do look into getting a coach and do vod reviews.
if i had this guy in my match i honestly wouldnt be too mad. i find a lot of newer players struggle with the map layout. it comes down to knowledge of certain game modes and synchronicity between roles. you dont have to hard play a team if you can intertwine the abilities a little bit more than what your presented with.
I’m really realizing how bad I am at this game the more I watch these. Tbf I’m a casual quickplay warrior but I DO plan on dabbling in comp next season. But yeah, i wouldn’t say I’m HORRIBLE for someone who only plays qp but I’m definitely learning a lot of new things from this😭🙏🙏
This guy is better then most of the tracers I see in my diamond lobby’s
That’s just not true tho 💀 he’s new and he’s much better than 50% of people that are hard stuck In bronze.
Flats never misses with these vids man
I love the jay3 pulse bombs😂
I saw Tracer players from silver to plat that are not as good at this guy, I thinks he is pretty good, yes he need more practice and as soon as he get it he will climb... if the opposite team keep be blindfolded ^^
This tracer would shit on most golds in a weeks time.
for someone whos been playing an fps game for a month hes actually really good at aiming
Wow first fps, been playing only a month and picks the hardest hero in the game. That's at least respectable.
I fucking lost it at the first pulse bomb. Like, that clip right there speaks for itself.
POV: Fighting game player discovers the third dimension
it makes it so much better since his name is wish lol
I’m a learner. Watching you Flats, I tried some different things and they worked. After doing them a few times, I learned why. I went from silver to diamond (not big, I know)
How is no one talking about the capital offense flats committed in this video?
Graffiti Tracer is easily A tier smh.
This Tracer wasn't too bad, he's probably going to be a gold DPS pretty quickly & then he'll have some learning to do, but he's not bad.
“I know you’ve got a new match on tinder” 😂😂😂 how does he come up with this sh*t?
I swear this guy looks like he's a lot better than most of the Tracers I see in gold, throughout my whole time there, I've only seen like 2 pulse bombs being stuck
Also, my dps is bronze, and his aim looks a bit better than mine. Though I rly suck at hitscan so I mainly play Hanzo to get *skillful* *calculated* headshots
oh no not these bronze hanzo players
i mean pulse bombs are not the way to judge tracer players, look at jay 😂
@user-sl8py3sd9r as it is her literal ultimate, every player who plays much Tracer should at least land 1 per game, and not whiff them every time (Jay3)
ah, i see, you're a man of culture as well..
I kinda want to see someone animate this in the goofiest way possible, kinda like carbot does 4:49
Innovator: The Japanese dude who came to Melee tourney and took Yoshi from F tier to S+ tier alone. 15+ years after the game stopped receiving updates.
gotta love my morning dose of flats "sips coffee"
Breakfast of champions, coffee and watching flats (also some arrge)
“I won’t be too harsh… unless it’s hilarious” 😂😂😂
Thought they were fine. Knew to stick around health packs. Had okay target prioriy and played the backline and did some good pulse bombs. They wont be bronze for long
3:08 is the funniest shit I’ve seen so far today 😂😂😂
9:11 this was second 😂😂
For just being a month and the FIRST FPS coming from fighters lol this man is better than most bronzes that have been playing for YEARS. Props man
Waiiiiiit...on the second team there is a player with the name Sparta (maybe from Greece :P ) and he is using JQ which looks like a Spartan warrior? :P Talk about meta on another level. XD
This guy is surprisingly good for a bronze Tracer
"GONNA HAVE A FUN TIME WITH THIS ONE. I'M SO GARBAGE AT THE GAME PLEASE SPECTATE ME. IT'LL BE WORTH YOUR WHILE" *flats is enthralled*
You *say* that’s not how this works but these roast vids helped me climb a couple ranks
THE JAY3 JOKE WAS SO DIRTY
Flats: What are to looking for? Snacks?
Me: umm....no? *Eats snacks*
I like how Flats keeps referring to it being an ego vod and how the enemy team is just worse - the guy said that in the original message! He joked about it being an ego vod and said he knew it was more that the enemy team was worse
"You're a jay3 watcher aren't u" 🤣
Bro he called my life out.
Flats should make some tips videos because im actually learning stuff (great content keep it up)
As an old plat support (zen/brig) and recent low gold support (zen/Lucio). (Yes i love Zen, and not it's not a dps, average 6k heal/round)
That tracer is Okay, like mid silver tracer, since the vod he def improved a lot
Looks like he’s been watching jay3 tracer gameplay
Edit: I promise I commented this before flats said it 😂
At 3:10 he really yelled "GET DOWN MR. PRESIDENT!"
"My brother in christ, where the fuck are you going". That had me deceased 😂
@@luckyzruby yeah it was a once in a lifetime game to be honest it was like playing bronze but it was gold 😂 in the nicest way possible
you can always try, it can't hurt
@@PurpleMoon799 nah i read the rules it explicitly says has to be bronze :(
Flats had me cracking up 😂 I felt like I was getting roasted by proxy on some of those points
"I understand the Mei Hatred"
Ah yes. I love being verified by Flats.
2:31 Jay3 catching strays even beyond his own community lmao
I only started playing ranked last season. Finished placements top of gold. I never got to experience the beauty that is bronze lobbies. 😭😂
My dude put more commas in that post than shots hit in that whole game god daym
This guy was actually good for 1 month first time fps... He is gonna climb fast
I feel like one of their problems is recognizing their team's support. Like, they were deathly afraid of going into their own Mei's blizzard when friendly fire isn't a thing. Probably played CSGO or Valorant before sticking to Overwatch, or juggled between them.
It’s his first fps game though?
...the video states that it's their first fps game ever. They just come from a game where you are solo against another player.
i got to say, and I've never said this about any of these vods (lets be real majority are just awful players) this guy has potential. for only playing for a month and first FPS they're already doing REALLY good. alot to improve on but they're already starting really strong. I reckon they'll become very good at this with practice
The best advice I can give this guy is to go back and watch Kabajis unranked to gm educational tracer only from years ago basically all of it still applies
This person may be in Bronze, but I promise you this person could get out of Bronze EASILY
It feels like he's walking around because he doesn't know the locations of the health packs
"My brother in Christ, where are you going?" 💀💀💀
"Now watch the Mercy is going to comeback for res, I wouldn't even F**k with her"
Tracer:"THINK FAST CHUCKLENUTS!"
Flats cleaning his glasses killed me💀😭😂
I would've loved to hear the other 3 types ngl, that kind of categorical theory actually interests me
No. Fucking. Way did Flats just say graffiti Tracer is B. Literally one of the best skins in the game. #1 for Traver
Could not believe that I heard not S tier. This skin goes hard.
I just started to play ow2 cause ban on val for 14 days but theses bronze lobby are so bad which make me sad if I get ranked in bronze, my qp lobby are hard than theses bronze lobby how they look.
flats is our overwatch dad he's not mad just disappointed
"GET A LITTLE CLOSER, STOP BEING AFRAID"
The Hanzo with storm arrows: yes, get closer.
Hes actually really good for bronze and a 1st timer bro
I would put 100 on this guy having 2x the reaction speed of flats. Dude learns what muscle memory is.
Man comes from guilty gear, finally someone else.
This tracer was me but with turn based rpg games. Between OW og and new OW I got really into RDR2 and my aim got way better lol
I was hardstuck bronze 5, now I’m gold 5 and climbing, thanks Arthur Morgan
that Tracer was scared their own Mey ult almost the hole game :D
He's lowkey better than 50% of the tracer I find in my plat lobby
