Watching Flats get more and more baffled as to what the hell is going on is delicious to me. As for why he didn't target other things, its Bronze Brain. Bronzebrain means that you only focus on the last object that stopped moving right in front of you, you ratchet onto the target and start tightening the tunnel vision, you just Bronzebrain the target you see until you see another shiny or you or your target cease existing. Its what stimulates the Dva pact, you get a bronze, you put them anywhere, even in another rank, and it happens, someone walks right in front of you and you go "SQUIRREL--I MEAN TARGET, ON THE LEFT!" and then just go after it.

To be honest, the bit where he’s focusing solely on the opposing Ramattra is something I’ve seen very often in games, especially if it’s a tank…and more so now on Overwatch 2, where there’s only one tank on each side… If there’s the same tank on both sides, it very often ends up being a mindset of fighting for who’s the top Ramattra/Rein/Orisa/Sigma/Zarya etc etc in the game…not so much with the more mobile tanks, like Winston Dva etc, but definitely most tanks… It usually ends up being less about the overall team game, but more about trying to prove who’s the “top dog”… Usually to the detriment of each team…
flats: I'm only gonna say this once, stop punching the Ram. Flats for the rest of the video: STOP PUNCHING THE RAMATTRA STOP PUNCHING THE RAMATTRA STOP PUNCHING THE RAMATTRA STOP PUNCHING THE RAMATTRA STOP PUNCHING THE RAMATTRA STOP PUNCHING THE RAMATTRA STOP PUNCHING THE RAMATTRA

As a fellow gamer and fan of the game, I have learned so much from watching you play and have been entertained for hours on end. Your skills and strategies are truly inspiring and have helped me improve my own gameplay. Thank you for your dedication and hard work in providing such high-quality content for the Overwatch community. You have made a positive impact on my life and I am sure on the lives of many others as well. I loveeeeeeeeeee you and take care :)
Dude needs to learn 2 things about Ramattra: - Learn when the FUCK to use your abilities so you're not on cooldown while you need a Ravenous Vortex or Shield - When you're against another Ramattra, you're ideally throwing your abilities down after his. Let him panic and use Ravenous Vortex, Shield, and Nemesis. And when he uses Annihilation? Don't use yours reactively. Wait it out, if he's cooking then turn the stove off and activate Annihilation. If he's low, shoot, MAYBE Nemesis. Ideally, you only use Annihilation when you're being overrun and with another ult, like Transcendence (helps keep you alive) or Kitsune Rush (he does punch faster, and it could give you the push you need to get a team kill). You don't wanna pair it up with an EMP *unless* you can get a team kill and it'll win the game. Typically you don't even need Nemesis to kill after an EMP. If you can time it well, Nemesis (NOT Annihilation) can clean up a Coalescence if Moira missed anyone, or can be used to swiftly kill an opposing Moira or scare her off so she can't effectively use it, which to me isn't a waste if she wastes a Coalescence. If you're desperate, use Annihilation to get rid of her, but make sure you don't solo her with it (Nemesis to solo Ulting Moira, Annihilation to get rid of her and others). It isn't a bad thing to target tanks but Ramattra is a squishy destroyer. Let your DPS draw out their tank, and punch the shit out of their supps/dps. Shield anyone who's in danger (not always yourself) or block to save your supps from a Whole Hog. Don't be afraid to take damage.
I feel like he held back on this one because the guy was hyped to send him in a game and I feel like if he went to hard on him he wouldve hurt his feelings a little too bad

being nice to the mercy in spawn genuinely gets you so many more res's, sometimes it means you get special pocket treatment which is always a nice treat
Something a lot of low rank players need to realize: if you were good, you wouldn't be in a low rank - and when it comes to Bronze you really gotta check your ego because you are in the lowest rank, that ego prevents you from improving and climbing.
when he ulted for the high noon, it was because his nem form was running out so he could keep blocking the noon. (or maybe it was a complete coincidence)
Those supports have learned the fast track out of bronze. Heal the tank and then wave bye bye as you climb and they're hard stuck, still talking about that time they carried.
I have 270 hours in the game and I haven't once touched ranked for fear that I'm just not good enough yet. But watching this stuff makes me feel like I could at least be silver.

Your Target priority on tank changes based on their tank, in a ram v ram Matchup yall can both jus block each other, so why try to beat up on him? If their tank has been playing JQ, trying to box with him wouldnt have been that bad, but in this matchup it’s way better to simply try to kill their squishes b4 he kills yours, he jus gonna back out with block after he gets a pick or two so no need to focus all your resources on a tank like Ram in full team fights. But yeah this VOD is bad….😂

I think u got too used to saying "Stop punching the Ramattra", often for a good reason but at 7:22 I think it was to save the Mercy, but.. I got the feeling that there was some kind of symbiotic relationship between the Mercy and Ramattra like "I kill those who tries to kill u so u can heal me", and since Mercy was always so close to him and Ramattra was there he punched away at him only, I feel like it was often a bit bad positioning by his teammates 🙂 I remember playing in bronze in OW1 right after beta and these are the kind of charges I did and was even proud of when I got a pin, had no idea that it is actually very dumb when u get up to even silver/gold, it was just fun to charge 😅
6:53 I don’t mean to defend the bronzes but I’m pretty sure he ults there because his nemesis form was about to go out and he wanted to be sure that he blocked high noon 🙊

i was waiting for another spectating bronze for weeks. i would really like if you did those more often it's your funniest content
WHEN HE DID THE COUNTDOWN AND THEN RAMMED INTO THE POLE AT 14:33
16:25 to 17:00 is why I love Flats, a beautiful trip to grandma's house 🤣
20:15 my guy flats so mad he doesent notice this man WASTED A NANOBOOST HARD AS SHIT LMAOOO
I should submit a clip and see how roasted I get actually, I know damn well I'm bad
as a bronze player myself i have no fantasies nor misconceptions of my skill level.
i am where i need to be.
my game awareness? non existent
my mechanical skill? slightly better than my toaster
my teamwork? actually pretty good
my courage to make the calls for the big plays? send me the fuck to OZ cause i need to nut the hell up
Flats pls keep doing spectating broze, this is the most funny ever. I actually miss that!!!
I was so shocked that I paused the vid when I realised THATS why some tanks/dps interact with me in spawn room. An I DO focus them more after. I’ve been played! IT WAS ALL A LIE FOR HEALS!
D4ndy: you are doing good
His team: WE ARE DOING EVERYTHING!
To be honest, the bit where he’s focusing solely on the opposing Ramattra is something I’ve seen very often in games, especially if it’s a tank…and more so now on Overwatch 2, where there’s only one tank on each side…
If there’s the same tank on both sides, it very often ends up being a mindset of fighting for who’s the top Ramattra/Rein/Orisa/Sigma/Zarya etc etc in the game…not so much with the more mobile tanks, like Winston Dva etc, but definitely most tanks…
It usually ends up being less about the overall team game, but more about trying to prove who’s the “top dog”…
Usually to the detriment of each team…
flats: I'm only gonna say this once, stop punching the Ram.
Well one reason he might have targeted the enemy’s Ram is cuz a lot of players don’t like to fight their own mains so they eliminate them first.
Flats I just wanted to tell you how grateful I am for your amazing Overwatch streams and youtube videos.
2:25 His staff in POV blocked the enemy Ram perfectly for a few seconds lol
Flats says these aren’t educational but I learn a lot of good roasts from them😂
Dude needs to learn 2 things about Ramattra:
- Learn when the FUCK to use your abilities so you're not on cooldown while you need a Ravenous Vortex or Shield
- When you're against another Ramattra, you're ideally throwing your abilities down after his.
Did anyone else notice the footage cut at 8:37 or was it just me?
“stop punching the ramattra” he did. he started missing lmaoo
all Rienhardts i get in my games never swap when theyre being hard countered, Rienhardts legit have the hugest egoes..
When I saw the rein pin 2nd point all the way into enemies spawn when remattra respawned, I was utterly gobsmacked. I thought he would die for sure. He better thank his team for playing so aggro to keep him alive!
being nice to the mercy in spawn genuinely gets you so many more res's, sometimes it means you get special pocket treatment which is always a nice treat
Bronze reins are all either to scared or no fear at all
Im the no fear at all as a bronze Reaper & Dva. Lolz
As a support main, 100% confirm that fizzing us up before a fight will get you bonus heals.
while the rest of this video is great, him charging the pole at 14:35 had me actually crying 😂
“Stop punching the Ramattra.” 5000 times is crazy😂My man Flats sounds like he’s taking to a bad ass kid😂😂
Holy fuck the countdown to pinning into a lamp pole broke me 😂
Something a lot of low rank players need to realize: if you were good, you wouldn't be in a low rank - and when it comes to Bronze you really gotta check your ego because you are in the lowest rank, that ego prevents you from improving and climbing.
when he ulted for the high noon, it was because his nem form was running out so he could keep blocking the noon.
(or maybe it was a complete coincidence)
Unfortunately it still killed the Kiriko so it was still kind of a waste
god ur takes are exactly what i was thinking so satisfying to watch love it
I had no idea I was being courted for pocket when people were being nice in spawn when I support. I thought they were just being nice in general. XD
Seeing a “Wasted Ult Counter: 1” pop up immediately sets a scary expectation for the rest of the video lmao
As support player, I would have been screaming the whole second round just bcus of those rein plays
Go for it, see where you place, more than enough hours to try ranked. Might go better than you expect!
I have 500 hours and I'm on diamond, so there's no problem with experimenting and learning new things.
The last “stop punching ram” in the first half had me rolling on the floor
After I started watching spectating bronze, I now imagine flats making fun of me while I’m playing.
R3trohowling, please know that anytime an editor uses music from one of the Orre soundtracks, I am almost guaranteed to watch the rest of the video. Goated OSTs, make me happy to hear every time. Gale of Darkness was my childhood.
I love rein mains I have no idea why
Love you too buddy
Love you too. Sadly, we’re about to become extinct with season 4 rein changes #justiceforrein
Joke's on you Flats. Getting roasted ABSOLUTELY helps you improve.
I wouldn't say the ult at 6:53 was wasted, it looks like he used it to get nemesis form back up and block the cass ult plus he got a kill out of it
Why not use the shield and shoot him though?
"I thought they were having packet loss, but I guess I'm just old" ME ASF 😂😭😭
Lmaoo😂😂im silver 3 tank and im 100% sure Flats would roast me inside out if i sent a clip. Im wayy too attracted to the tank sometimes😂but these videos actually help out a lot to improve. I only have 200 hrs(i think) in the game so a lot of time to improve.
1:10-1:32 this is true im a kiriko main and when i make friends with someone in spawn room i always give them more attention lol
This makes me feel better after getting rolled in gold. I'm glad I'm not this bad
Bronze is literally bottom 8% of the player base. Don’t feel good about being better than the worst players in the game. Flats would be losing his mind watching you feed in gold too lmao.
I'm only going to say this *once*: "stop punching the Ram"
A few minutes later: 4:51
I am way too early, but yay SPECTATING BRONZEEE 🤑🤑🧑🏽🍳
queef
bronzie: *emotes
Flats: YOURE LITERALLY SPECTATING WITH ME
His supports did amazing tbh! Kudos to them! 😂❤
D4ndy taunting after not doing anything is like the kid that bottom-fragged an entire game telling the other team "ez ur so trash" when he has a negative KD
I think games like this are why Blizzard thinks Rein needs a nerf 😂. What a shame, still love the spectating bronze vid thanks
exactly why. Rein is literally S tier in low/mid elo
@@sickandafraid if someone is actually struggling against a bronze rein, just go Bastion and shred him
@@dumpy8312 exactly. lots of bronze rein literally just charge right in, so just get a zen/bastion, and maybe a tank that can shield off the supps then the rein just ends up feeding LOL
"Making friends with your Supports in the spawn room. That's a good way to rise up and make sure you guarantee that you get a little bit of a special attention throughout the game"
I'm a Support main, I agree lol
love these. hey flats, since i know people get so insanely annoying about this series, how about you make it a monthly thing? back then i think you posted them a lot more frequently but if it's a monthly thing and it's an established concept, more people would think "since he already reacted to a bronze this month, i can just suggest my vod the next month"
I think he records an hour or so of them on stream and then his editors release them slowly for a few weeks, so that's why it seemed like a common thing.
I think u got too used to saying "Stop punching the Ramattra", often for a good reason but at 7:22 I think it was to save the Mercy, but..
I got the feeling that there was some kind of symbiotic relationship between the Mercy and Ramattra like "I kill those who tries to kill u so u can heal me", and since Mercy was always so close to him and Ramattra was there he punched away at him only, I feel like it was often a bit bad positioning by his teammates 🙂
I remember playing in bronze in OW1 right after beta and these are the kind of charges I did and was even proud of when I got a pin, had no idea that it is actually very dumb when u get up to even silver/gold, it was just fun to charge 😅
This Bronze player just needs to get some Gamer Supps and then they'll be insta Grandmaster
6:53 I don’t mean to defend the bronzes but I’m pretty sure he ults there because his nemesis form was about to go out and he wanted to be sure that he blocked high noon 🙊
A few times, I think he was punching the other Ramattra to try and (futilely) stop him from hitting his teammates- mainly Mercy. It was like a child trying to stop an abusive father from beating it's mother.
Absolutely out of pocket comparison but true
Bruh
D4ndy: give me some tips this is my best game
Flats: I ACTUALLY HATE THIS GUY
I love seeing bronze reins it reminds me of the way I use to be before I knew flats was the rein king.thank you my man for all the lesson I’m now plat 4. For the crusaders.😂
I'd rather be in bronze than Plat 4. See I have a life & get bitches soooo ❤❤❤
Ok bud 😂☠️ why are you commenting on this video? What is your purpose? Because clearly it’s not to watch overwatch sooooooooooo😂😂☠️
@@kinkyxkitten666 LMAO plat 4 doesnt mean no life its not that hard, just say ur bad
@@kinkyxkitten666 plat is literally the definition of mid asf. Two away from bronze, two away from GM. Your dead in the middle 😂
Plat 4 😂
Glorified bronze rank
the first half could be a drinking game of just every time
he used his ult to kill the ramatta 1v1 lol or every time
Flats questions his ult lol.
