Thanks man, my xr is out of action right now because the engine got cooked. The shop accidentally plugged up the oil feed holes with silicon so the top end seized with catastrophic top end damage... such a shame after spending so much time working on it

I can't get them here, maybe one that is not original ... the rest I bought almost everything, valves, valve seals, seals, gaskets, automatic advance , distribution chain and I need to see the gearbox ... it has problems with the 5th
Oh okay, the light runs off engine power so it will not work when the bike is turned off. XR’s 200’s do not have batteries. Have a look on eBay they might have some

I have this same bike how did you make the head light work ? And where did you get it ?
Ummm we just re wired it and it worked great. Check the bulb and replace it

Where’s you get the headlight assembly. Just picked up a 1993 and I thought they didn’t come with lights after 1990.
