Jamaican Beef Liver Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb beef liver
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
2-3 garlic cloves
1 fresh thyme
1/2 hot pepper
1/4 tsp Grace browning sauce
1/2 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
1/4 tsp all-purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash’s original seasoning
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp vinegar
1/3 cup of water
2 tbsp olive oil or cooking oil
*Serving for 3-4 people*

Should the water added be hot water? I heard cold water would make the liver hard…😳

You can add room temperature water. Over cooking the liver makes it hard. If you follow my steps it will come out nice and tender👍🏾
