KY governor holds briefing in Laurel County on man accused in 1-75 shooting

Governor Andy Beshear will hold a briefing today on the ongoing search for suspect Joseph Couch, a man wanted in connection with an I-75 shooting.

Thanks for opening up the comment section. Channel 5, WLWT & WLKY didn't want to have to deal with the negative responses. These guys are standing there patting each other on the back for being outsmarted. Sad for Kentucky. I hope they are able to catch him. It will probably be a citizen who leads to his capture.

The hunt is not over, stop slamming the outstanding law enforcement teams. If the shooter ends up on your property or in your home or you going to slam the law enforcement officers? Are you not going to dial 911 and pray they get to you in time to save you? You people who are winning like babies are disgusting,

The hunt may not be over, but it might as well be. The law enforcement is absolutely correct. That terrain is horrid. But after over a week, he's gone. It's not law enforcement's fault. But it is their job to catch people, so some people are going to be upset.
