At 73 I'm still excited about isometrics. I got my first set of weights when I was 14...the Ted Williams 110 pound set from Sears. Then later I happened into a friend's barn and saw that they had two 2x4s with holes every 4 inches with a steel bar going across. This was my first introduction to isometrics. I've made that same set-up with the 2x4s in both of my houses (mounting to the door frames). At my age isometrics are the best way to stay strong.
Great comments, Brother. My first real set was also a Ted Williams set from Sears - some of the best working out I ever did was with it. I wonder if your friend constructed the 2x4 isometric rack from the instructions in Hoffman's books on isometrics?
This one has a tighter fit for when you go to change the springs. I had to find the video online because the release didn’t want to force and so you have to do it gently and it will go much smoother.😊
Very interested in hearing your perspective on Bullworker Isomotion exercises. Man, that was quite an experience with the IsoBow. My CNS completely lit up.
BTW Chrys the X5 is made in America 🇺🇲. Your old Bullworker is called the 20 inch Steel Bow. The X5 Pro is 28 inches and the original Bullworker Classic is 36 inches.
Great video... but then all of your videos are great. A lot of information in a short amount of time. I just got the Paul Wade manual, the steel bow, an iso max (used from Dragon Door), and an Iso 7X off Ebay (which is a knock-off of the Bullworker X5). I'm ready to get busy.
Hey Chris, I noticed the Isochain has been discontinued for the IsoMax, whoch appears to have some kind of cheap looking strap instead of the chain. Any way to replace it with a chain? I don’t want that thing breaking on me.
Have you ever tried isometrics for grip strength? My brother bought a Dynamometer to test grip strength and I want to see if Isometrics can get my numbers up.
Have you ever heard of the training tool "ISOKINATOR" or test it and what do you think of it? The inventor of the Isokinator is the same guy who also invented the Bullworker and sold the patent later.
You are creating amazing video content.🎥✨ I just watched the video, and your video quality is impressive.👏🔥 I am so impressed by your content. I was analyzing your channel and noticed you are struggling with video views and ranking. May I share some tips on how you can achieve your goals?😊

I'm 70 and I own the same Weight Set you Describe. It was given to my 2 Younger Brothers and me when we were very Young as a Christmas Gift.

Definitely looking into this piece looks amazing
Can you do a video on Ballistic isometrics?

I have the IsoMax and you will not be breaking the strap that comes with it. It is heavy duty.

Hey man I am thinking about doing the sweet 16 workout on the Isomax everyday. I remember you did this but I wanted to ask do you still recommend it?
Is it any good will it build muscle
Germans really invented a great machine. Bullworker was made by Koelbel which also invented the Powerman3 and Isokinator
Yo! Long time follower here. How can i get in touch with you?
Hey! Shoot me an email or DM me on insta! Link in description!
I had a bull worker in the 1970s 😂
Waiting for the arm wrestling video

I had one of the classic bull workers in 1976. It worked but it needs to be paired with a lifting routine to get max results
I have the limited golden edition and I love it
