It's just so encouraging watching this skilled craftsman at work and sharing his techniques. It's obvious he loves his work by his attention to detail. Thank you.
Little tip- snowfoam on dry paint, dwell for 5 minutes then pressure washer off. You'll achieve more removal of dirt as you're not diluting it with surface water 👍. Good job, love this channel
Just found this channel along and with Classic obsessions are both a refreshing change from the crash bang wallop of certain others, long may they continue to.
Great stuff (as ever). That’s alot if graft compressed into that video. Sadly as soon as i saw those tyres i knew the rest of the car would jus not have been looked after….
Very satisfying to watch but I don't have the patience to go to that much work. I spent saturday afternoon outside my in-laws in the rain pulling out the back bench of my A6 after my son successfully evacuated his insides all straight down the seat belt mechanism. What I found under there was the remnants of the previous owners childrens evacuations too.... Under that bench is now the cleanest (visually and clinically) part of the car. Who knows. When the weather improves I might get the courage and go strip the car down and do a deep clean. Also the start of the video reminded me of buying cars back in the days of "buy and sell" where you had to rely on the description given and maybe a grainy photo of a car. I went to look at a supposed black car in great condition. The paint was turned almost grey under all the mud. The only part of the car inside or out that wasn't caked in mud was the engine, Not the engine bay but the engine itself. Needless to say I passed on that one but had travelled 90 minutes to look at it.
Outstanding work!! After this full restoration video, it would be great to have multiple follow-up videos breaking down each step; what materials were used and why. :) Cheers!
always excited when a new video arrives, but i cant stop noticing your movement when you're washing. You wash in a round pattern and when you do so, then it will be more noticable if you scratch the paint by mistake, rather than doing a forward-backwards motion. - im not the best in english but i think its read-able ;)
no music, no talking. just working 👍

Neat?
Neat?
Show us on your video 😅
Not neat, follow the instructions. Just don't wet the car first then snowfoam. Snowfoam on a dry car.
Thanks for the tip!

Hey buddy, do you think you could do a Celica for your next car restoration video?
Did you buy it, clean it up and flip it or did you just clean it up for someone? Great video either way..
