But when the time comes for you to expand and establish, then the job becomes an obstacle because of the numerous commitments to expansion. You are left with: 1. How do I cope with both as they are now major businesses 2. Should I resign 3. If I do, won't my business suffer It seems you have been there, how did you handle it. People not willing to share information is due to abuse . And some people when allowed in tend to abuse opportunities, they often with a lazy mind and the intention to steal peoples trade secret. So sometimes they feel it’s better to build a barrier to avoid the avoidable
