So this is about as close as it comes to the hitting motion, which is so perfectly explained in a great little book “hitting with torque”, right? That one has helped me immensely with my hitting. Thank you for all you’ve been doing and giving, Trev. Honestly, very grateful for how and what you share with us. Just thank you☀️

Super helpful! Felt a little weaker over quarantine but knew it wasn’t my arm since I have been keeping up a weighted ball program(driveline). This helped me get a feel for what kind of separation I should go for and when. Felt much more effortless on my arm during delivery! Thanks Trev!

TREV- how much does T spine mobility play into this? If what you’re saying is “more is not always better” in the case of hip-shoulder separation, does that mean a pitcher with deficiency in T spine mobility could achieve elite velocity?

Thanks for share the knowledge, but I’m a little bit confusing about the difference between the separation and over extension? Maybe is there any point I will know whether I’m already have an over extension rather than this hip/shoulder separation?

Way better is super relative with baseball especially pitching. My only critique of Trevor is hes too knowlegeable w explanations for some that arent that advanced yet. He explains more towards the "why" versus the "what". Two different approaches when u educate for max velo versus optimal mechanics for your body and your strengths.
