I really intend to move to Canada from Brazil, but... It's expensive. Specially considering that C$ 1 ~ BR$ 4.25. Also, despite Vancouver seems to be my "favorite" city until now, maybe Edmonton or Montreal would be cheaper to live (I guess)

I know there are a lot more tech jobs here in Vancouver. I don't know anything about the salaries for them. I also don't deal with rentals so I'm not up on rental prices in every area of Metro Vancouver.

The fitness industry is big here in Vancouver. I specialize in residential purchase and sales and don't handle commercial properties unfortunately. So, I wouldn't know what the cost is for renting a space large enough for a fitness centre.

Edmonton is definitely cheaper than Vancouver but also a lot colder with longer winters.
