All beautiful neighborhoods - my personal favorite would be Dundarave, a quaint village by the sea, and being able to walk or bike the seawall to the beach -and love the shopping area. Thanks Craig!

Well, you're not alone in loving the Rockridge and Caulfield neighbourhoods. As I mentioned above, there are so many areas in West Vancouver that are incredible. It was really hard to narrow it down to the top 5.

@@dimitriosefstratiadis5117 , I have been to Sydney many times Dimitrios because of my work ! I loved it and a specially the food ! Vancouver is very similar with many restaurants! But it does not get the heat Australia gets ! Usually in summer time we are in the 20 degrees . Seldom in the 30tis , it does happen though but not very often! Otherwise, winters are mild with rain and when it rains the local mountains get snow ! It is a dream for snowboarders and skiers ! You should visit Vancouver first and get orientation in order ! I think it’s a awesome place to live as my husband and I grew up in Europe Greece and The Netherlands!

4:23 that house there was a legend for kids when I lived there, Rumour has it the owner died one cold winter night and now haunts the forest around the property. We called him the black man because his skin was leathery and black due to frost bite the week he died. (We weren’t racist we were 8)
