Toyota camry xse FWD (2025). Chill pearl white dual tone. Same as the one in the video
Congratulations, I think you made a very wise choice. It's just nice to see a manufacturer not give up on the sedans. I'm so sick and tired of seeing the same looking SUV everywhere.
Thanks! We agree, sedans are still an important part of the auto world!
I drive a 2009 Camry V6 I inherited from my dad. It still looks great and works flawless. With proper care I think even my daughter will be able to drive it, she's 2. It has never t let us down.
Congrats. Continue to take good care of it!
Thus family legacy
With you guys going with the Camry, this will probably indirectly help the Camry sales.
MY 2008 CAMRY HYBRID ONLY GOT 38 MPG ON THE HWY.BUT IT WAS 31K, OUT THE DOOR, LEATHER, PREMIUM UPGRADE, BOSE STEREO, ETC, LOVED IT, NOT 1 PROBLEM WITH IT IN 8 YEARS.
Hyundai to Toyota smart choice and a choice made by many others before you 👏🏼 The shot of the Camry driving by the Santa Fe is hilarious and low-key shady. 😂👀
Yeah, I laughed when I saw that too!
They definitely did that on purpose 😅
😂😂😂😂😂😂
I don't think these guys care about switching to toyota from a huyndai like a real normal person would since these guys are car reviewers so im sure they will change the camera by next year
Thanks for noticing that editing touch 😂
I think you made a clever decision by buying the all new Camry because you will most likely barely have any issues and save tons of money over the long term on gas
Being the first to buy a new gen car means more likely to find problems
@@naveenthemachine But isnt this a new engine? All of them are HEVs not "HYBRID"
I get why people would want a pano roof but I’m sorry, for me, I don’t want a giant hole in my roof. Best way to avoid those issues is to just get a model without, it’s not like you NEED the other features higher trim models offer, although nice to have. If you’re fine with dealing with potential issues down the line, go ahead but if not, probably skip out on it. And if you got the first cars of a new generation, you kind of accept that you might potentially have issues. In general from my experience of owning Toyotas, the refresh versions to the last year of production are the best ones to buy.
@@tmyere.The engine in these new 2025 Camrys is the same as the 2018-2024 Camry hybrids I believe. I’m pretty sure the combined power is up a little but I think that’s due to tweaked electric motors/the battery or something along those lines. Double check that, I might be wrong.
@@tmyere.the engine is the same as the previous Gen it’s a carry over, but the hybrid system is the 5th generation that’s out in the new Prius, Lexus UX and Corolla Cross hybrid. Basically the electric motors are more powerful and the traction battery is more energy dense but the eCVT planetary drivetrain is the same as all other eCVTs. Most of this car is carryover from the Gen 8 hybrids.
Many congrats on your new purchase and glad the Camry has been in your family all these years. My 2015 still runs smooth. I must be honest, I thought you guys were going to buy the CX 70 for the replacement but I think you both made the wise choice with your Camry and it's stunning! Once again congratulations!
Thanks so much!
❤ Excellent choice! I’m sure you will enjoy the driving experience, plus every thing about the build quality. Camry, as you said, is a popular Toyota product. I like the two tone colour choices, both inside and outside…As my Dad told me when I would get my new cars, drive it and enjoy it! Congrats Drew and Mason! 👍👍
Thanks so much, we appreciate it!
At least the transmission will last more than 30 miles 😂😂 congrats on the Camry!!! Love the color combo!
I had to bust their chops about it too. This was a wise choice. I think their pop would agree.
😂😂😂😂
It already has 😂
Why toyota went CVT transmission WTF 🙄
@@cdanny1717 🤣🤣🤣. The hybrid system has always been ECVT. It’s a a cvt in the conventional sense
It’s a planetary gear set ran by MG1 for ratios and a sun gear. There is absolutely no belt or cones.
Toyota has definitely stepped up their game. Car looks awesome.
Congrats!!! The car is really nice, I remember when we bought a 2016 Toyota Camry XSE, in 2017 now we've used it a lot going different states with it many times now it's really old.
Congrats! Great choice I knew you guys were amazed when you did your first drive. 💪🏾🔥
Thanks!
Congrats! I purchased the 2025 XSE AWD in Heavy Metal/Black roof with red interior, black out emblems, and the premium plus package. I love mine.
How much you.pay out the door
@@kustomchevy27 $500 under MSRP
Love the new Camry! It’ll be much better to you than the Santa Fe. I had a 2020 with the same colors and I miss it
I was quite surprised to see that they replaced an SUV with a sedan. Regardless, the Camry is a really good choice.
I was hoping you might go for the new Toyota 4Runner. Congratulations on this purchase, I know it will bring you many years of happiness!!!!
Thank you!
5:37 that was like a pun intended leaving the Santa Fe with the Camry. hehehe. congratulations on your new car! 🎉
Thanks for noticing that 😂
Finally made a good decision
Very nice. Can’t go wrong with a Toyota. I like everything about the new Camry except the color matching grill.
Congrats on the new Camry! I can definitely relate to a Camry being in my life. My dad was a huge fan of Camrys until he passed away in 2022. I purchased my Camry just last week and now it’s a car I dont want to let go off and a way to have him still with me
RIP how old was your dad when he passed away?
@@sachinnair91 he was 67
@@WaddleMan91 I'm glad he lived a long life and reached a ripe old age, many many many many people pass away well before 67, just look at the 27 Club!
Congrats and thanks for sharing! ☺️
Congrats! The transmission didn't blow up!
Thanks! We already made it further than 27 miles lol
Congrats! I have an XSE in Underground that's currently in the build phase. Looking forward to the new content!
Do you like washing you car? Dust shows fairly quick. Not as bad as black. Even garaged. I have one. Get a bucket.
@@1Springloadedcan’t imagine getting bugs out of that grill!!
Thanks! We love the Underground color but needed something brighter for video
Perfect!!, this will be a great comparison from buying a new Toyota vs new Hyundai you had earlier. My money's on the Camry 🤙🤙 Good luck!!
Much better choice, boys!!! You won’t have the trouble with that Camry that you had with the Santa Fe. Love it! 💙
Ooo yall fancy huh 😀 got a camry xse with the red guts and a 330e m sport with red guts too. Thats a nice garage right there. These new camrys are nice and its good to see the camry still running along through the family. And you guys don’t have to black out the badges using plastidip like yall did on the santa fe. Congrats on the purchase, it will treat you right 🎉.
Thanks! We definitely like red interiors! There were too many badges on this one, especially that little BZ circle 😂
Wow! Love your channel and I'm so happy to see you have a new Camry. What a great trim and color. Congratulations and happy owning!
Thanks so much!
Congratulations Car Confections
Thank you!
Congrats guys. I think you picked the best trim level!! Looking forward to all your videos on this awesome car!!
Thanks! 👍
Panorama Sun Roof would be my #1 option! Love it!
It’s a great choice if it’s made and designed and engineered right
I own an 8th gen v6 w the pano roof and while mine hasn’t had any issues I know a lot of owners with this feature are having problems with it closing or it getting misaligned because they went over a bump. And the cost to fix it is about a third of the cost of what you would have paid for the car
@@naveenthemachine holy crap thats expensive
@@lionintu to fix the pano roof it’s over 10-12k. Thank goodness that hasn’t happened to me yet and thank goodness I bought the platinum extended warranty
@naveenthemachine still beats certain models for offering a pano roof. Considering u still bad talked the new camry, even though it has a red interior, bigger screens, and more features now
@@normanli7085 the 8th gen Camry has a red interior too. I know because I have one
The new infotainment is nothing to write home about. They got rid of the physical shortcut buttons. And there’s no Home Screen. Oh and the nav is no longer built in. Why offer an OEM nav if it’s not even built in the first place?
Also the new model has more shiny black plastic on the center console, the center panel above the glove box, the steering wheel
Oh and the 8th gen doesn’t have the annoying drive monitor behind the steering wheel like the new one does. And I’ve heard people complain about it in the new RX
And the feature set is the same as the 8th gen
I hear the review are so great, i think it is good buy
This is on my list for a new car when I turn my lease in this Sept. Definitely looking forward to your impressions!
Very impressive! Congratulations! My 2011 Camry will soon give way for one!
Right on!
I bought my RAV4 hybrid last year at msrp and so far my average fuel economy is quite good and the best average fuel economy out of all the cars I’ve owned
Good choice on color. Everyone loves the black white look on every car.
My dad has that white body/black roof combo on his 2019 Toyota C-HR, we loved it when we bought it five years ago, and we still love it now
I don’t, but everybody’s different!
It's a solid choice, if a bit boring. Saving at the pump is never a bad thing though! Congratulations on the new car!
Out of curiosity, why boring?
Yeah it may be boring but it's a (hopefully) safe choice. I'd buy it for a daily family hauler.
@@444thunderstr0ke I suppose it's more of a personal reason. I get bored seeing the same kind of car every block or two. Almost every car around me is either a Tesla, Camry, or Civic. Whenever I see a less popular car around (like a K5), I get more excited. I'm not hating on the Camry. It's popular for a reason and I do like some aspects of it over the K5 and Sonata. Plus Toyota's reliability is among the best.
@@ZapFlashD I guess I can see your point. 🤷♂️
Congrats! I love it great choice! I love the red interior!!!
My father’s 2002 Avalon and my eldest sister’s 2009 Camry and our family friend’s 1999 Camry and my mother in law’s 2006 Avalon were all born at TMMK‼️
Amazing how much is looks like the Lexus you are driving. Toyota/Lexus loves those red interiors! Amazing price as well - It’s like getting a Lexus for a lot less $$$
Sort of
GREAT color combination exactly like I would order one, good luck with your new vehicle
I'm so glad that you guys bought the Camry as a long-term vehicle, because this car would very possible be my next car and I can take note of your experience with it. Just wanted to say that I enjoyed your channel and have been subscribed for a couple months now.
Thank you! Hopefully we can give you some very useful insights over the coming months to make your decision 👍
Congratulations on the new Camry. It is beautiful inside out!!🎉👊🏼
I really love it. I already test drove one at work (enterprise rent a car). Excellent choice
lol I got this exact same car this past Saturday! It’s been great so far
Congrats! Great pick!
You should get a lot more problem free miles out of this than that Santa Fe. A Camry is always a safe choice.
Thanks for sharing your video good choice the camry as always the best car i used to owned a 1998 camry v6 and 2 years ago I sold to my friend because of the v6 take a lot of gas and after that I went to a toyota dealership more than 2 years i bought a 2022 venza hybrid excellent on gas I'm very happy with the venza hybrid thanks again take care bye from milton Ontario Canada 🇨🇦
Congratulations 🍾 my friends I think u guys made the right choice this thing is stunning 🤩 I being seeing them alot down here in Florida I got the grand Highlander XP X series full blacked out
Hey guys guess what your transmission won’t break down for at least 500,000miles 😂😂😂
Let's hope not!
OMG YESSSS SO HAPPY YOU BOUGHT TOYOTA WILL ALWAYS WIN MY HEART
1.reliability
2.resell value
3.drives so smooth
4.cheap on maintence
5.amazing on gas
6. no turbos on some models
7. all models come with hybrid
Congratulations on your new Camry! I just got my new SE and I'm looking forward to getting useful experiences from you.🎊
Nice choice! I have a 2021 (also hybrid) that’s been very solid and I’m pretty sure you’ll get more than the advertised mileage because I average 50+ (freeway) in my SE with the larger wheels.
Love your car video
Intelligent choice and beautiful car and yes a great value. I’m looking in about a year to get a smoother riding XLE in that same white all tricked up.
Good choice boys!
I've always been a Honda Accord guy, but this is my next car.
❤ the car. This newest Camry design is so much better than the bloated Accord. Have y’all considered the new Prius as well???
Congratulations!!! They are good cars! I would have done the accord sport touring hybrid because it’s reasonable plus it’s around the same price and not a lot of options since it’s the highest trim level! But not a bad car! Very excited for you guys! It’s a very nice car and beautiful. The color scheme you did I love and red seats. ❤
Great video!
Are there any ideas about the forester hybrid coming into the channel soon? I know you have the regular new forester but just wondering.
Excited for tomorrow’s video!
Have a great weekend!
Thank you!
Is that... a 2025 LC 500?
Brilliant choice. So many trucks, SUV’s. I just LOVE the way cars drive, handle and frankly they are more of a bargain. Great choice - I think Toyota really knocked it out of the park. This is from a Honda guy (on my 7th Honda).
Congratulations b you both. I really like the new Camry and how it looks.
Congrats on your new car Drew & Mason!!! Your gonna make new memories with it and have fun!!
The Camry changed big time this is awesome
Congrats you guys made a good choice. You won't have any transmission issues with this like the Hyundai. Good gas mileage. Red seats and panoramic sunroof looks really good. 😇
Thanks!
Congratulations, that’s awesome!!!!
Thanks, Ryan!
Congratulations guys. I hope this one is a nice awesome car for you. Are you gonna get a Santa Fe hybrid too as well eventually, you have two? Very very nice. Enjoy your weekend gentlemen and keep up the great work.
Thanks! Just this Camry and the 330e for now!
@@CarConfections good morning gentleman very very nice. Have an awesome Sunday gentlemen and good upcoming week and keep up the rate work.
I absolutely understand that reason you guys gave for getting the Camry with your dad working for TMMK.
I work at MTM and I got a CX-50 pretty recently. I love my CX-50... I've had it for just about a month now, but I've spent about 1,200 miles with it already the thing is pretty awesome. It's not a very fancy model of CX-50, but the color I got. Ingot Blue, is such a stunning color. I also do quality work, I've worked on both lines, in different areas of the plant in the time I've been there.
Congratulations guy’s!🎉
first time subscribing and really looking forward to a sound decibel reading and accurate zero to 60 time asap on your smooth Kentucky roads as this new model should easily beat the 53.9 reading of the 23 Camry Hybrid that currently leads the Car Confections mid - size sedan segment. Also wondering if the AWD LE would be the quietest and quickest Camry with 16 inch wheels and less weight than higher trims ? Thanks for your tireless work and emphasis on cabin quietness!
Great Choice 👍💯
I like how you drive by a new Santa Fe. I really want a Calligraphy model. Thoughts?
Who’s the other person in front of dealership? Congrats! Great purchase. Love the channel.
We would only suggest the hybrid model right now until we know that Hyundai has squared away the DCT issues in the 2.5T model. That's Josh, our friend and employee!
congrats guys! great choice!
Thanks so much!
Congratulations guys! that’s a nice looking Camry!
Thanks so much!
Hyundai uses plastic sway bar links, toyota uses metal sway bars
Awesome my friends!!!
OMG this is amazing! I would love to hear about the transition from an SUV back to a sedan- I'm currently in a Nissan Rogue 2021 (which is only 2.5 years and has levels of issues like your Santa Fe!), and can't wait to get back into a Toyota. Considering the 2025 Camry- my dad also worked for Toyota several decades ago. Can't wait to see the future Camry content. Enjoy and amazing work always!
Congratulations 🙌🏽 good choice
Congrats you guys… great choice.
Honestly I just got mine almost 3 weeks ago, it's pretty much the same configuration that was showed off in this video except mine has AWD. And so far in my opinion it is worth every penny.
Congrats to you!
Congratulations on your new car. Take good care of it!
It's gorgeous!! Congrats!!
Thank you!!
My 2024 Camry Hybrid Nightshade Edition didn't get the advertised mileage right away but it's pretty close now.Love our Black Camry!
Thought I was going to score a 2024 for a great discount but I was too late. They did offer $2500 off MSRP on a new SE.
Cool that family works at the plant. Enjoy, nice vehicle
Smart choice to one of the most reliable brands especially after that Hyundai disaster.
I was worried that you guys had lost your mind when you bought the SantaFe! I am glad you both came to your senses! 😅
You can't go wrong with toyota or honda. They're the kings of reliability, resale value and no worries seeing the mechanic very oftrn
Hondas quality has been going downhill lately. How unfortunate! Toyota Camrys are the best choice right now! They look smart and function well for today's environment - the entire package is well thought out.
Congratulations and I will buy this car as well.
I hope you have better luck with the XSE..bc the SE model is GARBAGE!😡
@@phalisatumblin1249garbage How? I drove on the other night. I’m getting one of these but didn’t find anything wrong with it. But I do buy brand new cars, I don’t buy anyone else’s problems because that is garbage. But if you are talking new, I’ve never heard a Camry called garbage. Most people can’t truly afford $34,000 and would be thankful to have it.
Hey, I have used the link given in the comments to get the best price as I want to buy a 2025 camry xse but it somehow doesn't work. Please help guys
Hi, Toyota dealerships have a much lower participation rate in certain areas on the platform we use than other brands
Congrats 👍👍 It's great you could get a Toyota family discount, like GM offers.
Awesome!!! Great choice!!!
Congrats! Could you guys do a comparison with your BMW 330e? Just to see what the price difference gets you and if it's worth it
Anyone notice as they drove out of the parking lot, they passed a Hyundai Santa Fe?
I'm actually looking at purchasing a 2025 Camry as well.
5:34 OUCH! 😂 bye Santa Fe
Glad someone noticed our little editing touch there 😂
Congratulations, guys! You made a wonderful and popular choice, and a true upgrade from your unfortunate experience with the Hyundai. I'm looking forward to hearing about your experiences and hope you can delve deeply into your experiences with the driver and safety tech. I have heard good things and less than complimentary things about Toyota's tech, so it will be reassuring to hear from you both. I am driving a 2022 Lexus RX 450hl and find the tech is a little bit lacking (although I understand that tech keeps improving). For instance, my blind side monitor does not beep, it only has the light in the mirror. The cross traffic does not see oncoming traffic as early as I would like, and when you gave it on the highway, it doesn't seem to stay exactly in the middle of the lane when you have it on auto cruise. It slightly moves side to side within the lane. My previous 2021 Venza was rock solid within the lane. Anyway, I'm looking forward to hearing your ownership insights! Best wishes and best of luck. As always, I will be following your channel!
Smart choice! Congrats 🎉
I'd probably skip the panoramic sun roof to help avoid reliability issues, but I still like your choice overall.
Congrats, I might buy one too within the year to replace my 2018 Mazda 6.
Should have a longer life than the Sante Fe!😂
