Where can I get the torque spec for this 2.0? (Man bearing caps and rod bearing caps)
Here at the shop we have an all Data system.
Always use new fasteners.
Connecting rod: 1st pass = 18lbft
2nd pass= 110 deg.
Main caps : 1st pass 15lbft
2nd pass 140 deg.
Perimeter bolts : 18lbft
Will I have the oil squirted problem with the oversized pistons?
What would be a average compression psi on the cylinders on a good ltg engine?
Looks like the JE Piston - made a mistake with this type of pistons. You should've bought the CP pistons, they look as stock from inside.
Hey, just wondering if crankshaft cap bolts are torque to yield, or they can be reused?
How did u manage to remove them

@@ernis1554 They are torque to yeild. But dud some with ARP lube torques at 65ftlb with success
