If it makes you feel better I just got my ats 5 days ago and found 30psi cylinder 1 haven't had time to pressure test and scope the cylinders but I'm sure it's not good

GM advertising states that cylinder heads were designed using computational fluid dynamics. I wonder if that port design is intentional?

Orange coating is garlock(sp?), PTFE coating. Very good stuff

So I have a TINY little issue with mines lol it’s full of oil where spark plugs go & I check the pressure and gave me back pressure & stayed around 90 on cilynder should I rebuild the head or could it be a gasket issue

I have been trying to warn everyone about this issue. Any 2015 and under, don't put any zzp parts!!! Your first mod should be pistons or get extended coverage and wait for the pistons to go. And make GM put a newer motor in it, with the better pistons. I fuckin loved my ATS, thing was a rocket! But wasn't made for 375 to the wheels lol.

My 15 did the same thing. Crazy my 1&4 pistons cracked. I had all zzp parts as well. I was running e85. And I think that caused a lot of my issues. Mine was around 90k

What lbs wastegate actuator is that? 7 or 14lbs? Would you recomend that and the turbosmart blow off valve (dual port or plum back) on a stock block/turbo?
