Power without finesse Urizen is just a big target compared to Vergil
Urizen is all about str and vit the other stat go to V
All of urizens attacks are aimed downward so if you stay in the air the boss is easy

I was actually kinda sad when v fused with urizen, I wonder if at the end when dante and virgil are dueling they seemed more friendly towards dante so it makes me think when v and urizen fused v had some impact on virgil

yes, but I don't think he had any truly evil intentions in doing so. He thought that if he gave Vergil his human side back, he would probably get a chance to make amends.

V wanted power same as Vergil and Urizen, Vergil still wanted power until he found out Nero is his son and Nero defeats him
Yes, he realized that he was slowly crumbling away and dying, and he knew the only way to safe himself is to reunite with Urizen, so he hires Dante to beat Urizen up

Devil may cry is just all about weapons
I actually find this as a proff that Dante is actually better. Dante never had to go such lengths for the mere sake of power, or he actually didnt had an obsession with beating Vergil. He even tried to save Vergil from losing himself and his humanity. But Vergil almost ended himself while he was searching the power that will lead him to defeat his brother
Okay so I got to ask. Shouldn't Dante and Vergil have the same face model? Identical twins, right?

Identical twins generally diverge by middle age. Also remember that Dan Southworth’s enormous jaw makes the Vergil model look different in motion than it looks while idle, since he does the motion capture. Clean-shaven Dante & idle Vergil look like twins, just aged.

What i am wondering is how did Nelo Angelo separate into V and Urizen?
He used Vergils sword Yamato. It has the ability to cut anything cleanly, apparently even a soul.
He sort of pulled a Xehanort, splitting himself into 2 separate beings, with individual wills and power.
Since Virgil is half demon, Nelo Angelo was his demon half and V was his human half.

@@mystomachhurt9312 Actually V possessed the remants of Nelo Angelo via his familiars. When V and Urizen combined, his nightmares as Nelo Angelo were left behind, freeing Virgil and healing himself up from Mundus's corruption.
