Although it didn't work out, I love love the first iteration of the courtyard behind the garage. It's such a hide away alcove. If I have that kind of courtyard in my house, best believe I would fill it with greenery and maybe a reading corner 🥰
It's my perfect house! 💕🙏🏼🌻 I use it often, but it has an error and that is that the front door is not configured as the front door. The sims go directly to the garage, it is solved by deleting a wall :)

And even have been renovating Sunset Valley for some time now. This makes me want to add this villa to my beach front then go in and renovate it. I just don't like the look of the original house, so I never use put it in my worlds.
