Builds like these always inspire me so much. I love this house and the idea behind it so much that I'd just plop this down in my game, create a household for it and let them be background/supporting characters for my main sims. Don’t even have to have a need for this in my save, I'll use it anyway and maybe some day one of my main sims will also get to live in this gorgeous house 😍

I find it so hard to find really good retail stores I think not many people care about retail stores but it’s something I use all the time and would love to see you build one if you can there aren’t many good ones on the gallery for smaller lots like 40x30 or a little bit smaller

When my neighborhood was first built in the 40s it had baby trees like you were saying, but now the trees are 80 years old and loom over the roads with huge branches and they uproot the sidewalks and make bumps. it’s really cool how nature can take over a place

This was uploaded while I was sick with the flu and strep at the same time and didn't leave my couch for a week so I'm just seeing it now and WOW! I need to download this and have it in my game! (I only watch TH-cam on my computer. Never watch it on my phone -- the screen is way to small and I must have headphones to watch too.)

In the UK it is not that usual to have landscaping especially in cities because almost all the houses are attached to each other unlike the Sims.

Unfortunately I can't because I bought everything through me ex's Playstation account, so it's all gone now (I spent so much money and time but I'm trying not to think about it too much). When my great-grandpa built our house, he purposefully planted a lot of trees so now we have some enormous oaks and evergreens in our garden :) I totally get what you mean about them making the house more established

The basegame science table was actually updated in the swatch update too, it has like six or seven swatches now
they did add a lot of color swatches to the base game science table
Wish you kept the garage, it was really realistic (imo)

"open air greenhouse" isn't a thing, but shaded garden structures sure are! plenty of awesome plants don't tolerate direct sunlight well
I didn't even know that hutch came with cats and dogs!
The greenhouse thing is called tunnels, it helps regulate sun exposure and protects from heavy rain or hail.
They added new colours to the base game science table you should check it out

To me the hydrangeas in the live edit are a lot better than the ones you can get just straight out of catalog because they’re not as bright. Also I would really love to see a dream home in the vampire world the spellcaster world and the mermaid world I cannot think of their names right off top my head I have not slept in three days 😅
Also, I have an idea for a house of two foster parents and a bunch of kids/teens that they’re fostering/adopted and each of the kids is different
Hi! I really like your builds and videos, I’m not good at building But yesterday I built my first house and it wasn’t horrible 😂! Can you maybe build like a house for 1 sim or 1 sim and a pet? But not like a starter house but not a huge one. Does that make sense? A good sized house but only for a sim!

I always hate the look of a new subdivision because it's so....bland and there are no big trees. My neighbourhood here on Chicago's south side is old, the trees are huge, and it's a pleasure walking around in the warm weather!

hey! Really nice video and build. I just wanted to ask about one thing. How do you make your builds look better in the gallery? I mean, I don't know, for some reason when I upload stuff to the gallery it just looks terrible, even though it's nearly not as bad of a build as it looks. I was looking up some good, experienced builders' houses and they just look way better. By the way, It's not the lighting, I know about some lots having bad lighting so it's not it. I'd be really grateful for a reply. Once again, I love your work. Have a good day!
