I had those sambal squid rings before, they were really good The sambal stingray is also a must try! It's the same sambal sauce lol but it's good When I had them the seafood were really fresh too

Its kinda hard to grill chicken without real grill. So i don't recommend people to pick chicken when doing grill without good tools.

Blood is drained from chicken when butchered, thats not blood just myoglobin from the chicken being frozen beforehand
