They sell these bundles in Australia...You can get the one with the equipment or just one with the ingredients (i assume if you already got the equipment) and a new fuel canister (although you can go to bunnings and get a new one anyways)
We have Hello Fresh in Canada which will send you all the ingredients for your meal with instructions and little waste since they send you just what you need. It is really good for trying to cook new dishes.

Wow! If I wanted to make something like this where I live in the USA, I would have to buy all the ingredients myself, some at specialty stores, and I'd have to buy a knife to slice the meat myself because no butcher here will slice meat that thin, I've tried to get them to and they don't have sharp enough knives or meat slicing machines that can cut meat that thin. And all that stuff would cost hundreds of dollars, not under 100; the seafood alone might cost what you paid for your whole meal! I also wish the pho restaurants in my area would send out pho in kits like this because the way they do it is awful, ever single pho restaurant sends you a package of raw meat wrapped in plastic and puts it sitting in with the noodles and the veggies and stuff and sometimes the blood from the meat leaks into the veggies, and you're supposed to put it into boiling broth, but by the time your order arrives the broth is no longer boiling just lukewarm, and they give it to you in a plastic container with a hard to remove lid filled to the brim with no room to add meat or noodles, so you have to pour it into a pot to heat it up just to have room to add the meat and veggies. It would be much better if they gave you a little stove to heat it up, and had the meat in separate containers from the veggies, the broth in a container like the one you got your broth in. You seem to live in an area with high quality food where restaurants care a lot about keeping things sanitary and making the food look good visually, even the fast food and instant foods you eat.
Where I live in California, the seafood he ate alone would cost what he paid for his whole meal. And I live right by the ocean where everyone fishes. Things that are probably very common there like the enoki mushrooms are hard to find here and when they are available they're expensive. I bought those for a recipe once and never bought them again because they gave you a tiny amount of them for like $7.
we have something similar in the Philippines but usually it doesn't come with the cooker (those are pretty cheap anyways and is found literally everywhere and it costs roughly $10 for a cooker that does both grilling and hotpot)
