ഹായ് sir.. എൻ്റെ 2 നില വീടിൻ്റെ വർക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞ ഏപ്രിലിൽ തുടങ്ങിയിരുന്നു. വെള്ളം നിൽക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലമാണ് പൂഴി മണ്ണാണ് .ആകെ 15 കോളം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. PCC യും RCC യും ഒരു ദിവസം തന്നെ ചെയ്തു. എന്നാൽ PCC ഒന്നര ഇഞ്ച് കുഴച്ചിട്ടതിന് ആകെ 25 ക്യൂബിക് അടി മെറ്റിൽ ആണ് അവർ use ചെയ്തത്. അതായത് വളരെ കനം കുറവാണ് PCC.എന്നിട്ട് കമ്പി എല്ലാം സെറ്റ് ചെയ്ത് മുകളിൽ കനത്തിൽ RCC ചെയ്തു.പക്ഷേ vibrator ഒന്നും ഉപയോഗിച്ചില്ല.അടിയിലെ frame പൊക്കി വച്ചതും ഇല്ല. ഒരാഴ്ച കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ lockdown ആയി, പിന്നെ രണ്ടു ചുഴലിയും പേമാരിയും വന്ന് കോളത്തിൽ എല്ലാം വെള്ളം നിറഞ്ഞ് മണ്ണ് ഇടിഞ്ഞു വീണ് അതേ അവസ്ഥയിൽ കിടക്കുവാണ്. പില്ലർ പൊക്കാൻ പറ്റിയില്ല. 2 മാസമായി. കമ്പിയൊക്കെ തുരുമ്പിച്ച് തുടങ്ങി. എൻ്റെ സംശയം ഇത്രയും വെള്ളക്കെട്ട് ഉള്ള സ്ഥലത്ത് PCC ഈ കനത്തിൽ ഇട്ടാൽ മതിയോ? കമ്പിയിൽ വെള്ളം തട്ടില്ലെ?

ഞാൻ കാസർഗോഡ് സ്വദേശിയാണ്.. videos എല്ലാം കാണാറുണ്ട്... എൻ്റെ വീടിൻ്റെ പണി നടക്കുന്നു.വീടിന് 3 തൂണുകൾ ഉണ്ട്.അതിൻ്റെ വീതി (തടി) വളരെ കുറഞ്ഞുപോയി എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു.. വീടിന് ആ തൂണുകൾ ചേർച്ച ഇല്ലാത്തപോലെ തോന്നുന്നു.. വീതി കൂട്ടിയാൽ കൊള്ളാം എന്നുണ്ട്. വീതി കൂട്ടാൻ ഏത് Bricks ആണ് നല്ലത് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു തരാമോ..ഇങ്ങനെ വീതി കൂട്ടിയാൽ പിന്നീട് വിള്ളൽ ഉണ്ടാകുമോ... please ഒരു മറുപടി തരണേ🙏

Sir paranju 7 days. One small doubt, How many days for curing of footing rcc taper alone required(trapezium shape) . Pinne athinte small pillar cast chaithittum athum koodi ethra divasam curing venam.
prasanth unnikrishnan total 7 days curing needed there 3 days direct curing then fill the pit with earth and 4 days apply water over the earth ,

Rubble foundation is enough in hard soil.

അധികം load വരാത്ത beam കൾ intermediated beams ആയാലും കുഴപ്പമില്ല ,പക്ഷെ എല്ലാ joint കളിലും pillar വരുന്നതാണ് കൂടുതൽ നല്ലത് , outer beams ഒരിക്കലും cantilever ആകാതെ നോക്കുക
