Hi, good evening, can u plz post a topic about load bearing structure.
Am very much disappointed while writing this, now a days lots of contractors and workers are providing columns in load bearing structures, now most of the people believe that if the load bearing structure without columns are weak.
I do my work after taking the soil test report and structural design , even in that drawing columns are upto plinth beam. But everybody blaming about this now.
If its a 2 storey residential building, 20cm thick wall. Why do we need to provide columns, and that too without any beam, just some columns in junctions.
Since everybody is doing like this people believe it as column structure.
