Is this Legal? "Sir, may I see your license to...?" 4K

I'm having a great time Birding at Marion Tallgrass Trail in Marion County, Ohio on July 16, 2024. It's such a fun outing that I wonder if I'm having too much fun! I saw a Bald Eagle perched on high way across the lake. I really want to photograph it, but will it still be there when I get there? Then there is the encounter that has me asking, "Is this legal?!" Want to go Birding? "C'mon! Let's go Birding!"

Enjoyable video. The Marion Tallgrass trail is real nice. Back in early June, I had a red fox trotting down the trail in front of my bicycle!
