Thanks for sharing! I stumbled upon this video. This brings a lot of memories. I have not seen Bordallo Mason is ages. More graffiti and boonies has over grown. I grew up in Guam and left mid 80's. We used to visit the Mansion many times. Especially at night while taking the girls up there to scare the living daylight out of them. We would hear strange things like little children. But that never frighten us. We hike down to the cliff behind the mansion. It was beautiful as the moon was bright that night. One night, we started to smell wild flowers then turned to a foul smell. Instantly, we knew what around the area. I did not see it but a couple of friends and my brother claim to have seen the White Lady down below down by the rocks. I've even tried to find her at Maina Bridge (Spanish Bridge). But no luck! We even tried to hike Mount Barrigada where a plane crashed in the 1960. No luck! Heard many rumors also about the mansion running out of money to being seized by the feds. But basically, we just go there to smoke some good weed.
My Dad was an Air Force pilot. We moved to Guam in 1969 and stayed through 1972. I went to school at Anderson Elementary and later bused out to Jigo Elementary. As a kid my Guam Time was an absolute blast! Thanks for bringing back good memories.
I thank your dad for his service. Guam will always be a part of your childhood, I’m so glad you remembered. You even remembered the village name. It’s spelled Yigo, but pronounced Jigo. Most people new to Guam always get it wrong and would pronounce it “Yee-go” you were spot on, spelling it exactly how it sounds, only a person who actually lived here would know that. Finally reach the trailhead and head into the jungle. We only have 2 flashlights. Finally make it to the clearing in front of the mansion with nothing unusual happen. We head into the mansion and head straight up to the top of the mansion. We chill on top for about 10 minutes looking out to the ocean with a beautiful moonlight glaring the ocean. We decide to leave as there wasnt much to see anymore. We get to the 2nd floor and we start hearing a pounding sound, we stop to make sure none of us fucking around. The sound changes to shuffling, like someone was shuffling there foot on the dirt in the mansion. We said fuck this and run outside to the clearing in front of the mansion. We flash lights at the 2nd floor to see what the fuck that was but nothing we could see. 1 minute later, I shit you not, we hear little kids laughing in the jungle and we just ran dafuq outta there, while we're running through the trail, we can here the laughter of kids following us. Finally make it to the road and just question each other of what the fuck was that. End of story

That's not the only place that is haunted on Guam. There is a very small church up in the hills toward the south end of the island that at sundown the candles would light without anyone there. A couple of my friends would go there and watch the candles light up. Was really spooky.
I was stationed on Anderson from 2001 to 2003 myself and two other military buddies found this place at night with the help of locals just asking around how to get there. it was interesting. It takes on a whole new vibe in the dark. Couldn’t see in the video but near the stairs on the inside there was a small tiny little room and it had what looked to be jail cell bars on it also around the outside of the house on the back near the stairs disappearing into the jungle it also had another room that look like a jail cell. The story that we were told was that a family was having it built they moved in and left after a couple of months in abbondoning it. Eventually a new family came and bought it was having it fixed up while they were staying there and they left within A matter of weeks. From what I remember with all the rooms each had a bathroom in them it kind of gave me the feeling that it might’ve originally been some type of military barracks perhaps left over from the Japanese, Before being turned into a home. Your welcome. The crappy places are sometimes the most interesting ones. When you get on island we'll go around the island. It's about 215 sq miles, with 21 villages.
I have cousins who walked into this mansion and they have taken pictures. When I was looking at the pictures there was a man on a wheel chair behind them. Really scary!
A few years ago, I peed in the bathroom with the green tiles because I was too freaked out about snakes to go in the grass or bushes at night. Idk if there was a toilet there because it was dark so I just squatted over what looked like a hole lol. Hung out there several nights on the roof and never experienced anything spooky though. Cool to get a look into it again because getting older made me too panty to go back now.
Wow, you hung out there "Several Nights?" That's crazy. How many people were you with? I'd have to be with at least 6 people, have some holy water, and a crucifix-cross to go there at night. I checked on it and the response I got was: politics and legal issues. Not sure what they meant tho. Why can't our politicians put their differences to the side for the sake of the people?
Maybe the Bordallo residing clan could not able to pay anymore the huge amount of Residential and Land Property Tax due the Guam government, so they decided to abandon this place. The house is being deteriorated nowadays due to passage of time. If there is a project like communication satellite through space with telescope, the government will demolish it in order to make it a useful area.

when facing the front of the mansion, is it on the right side of the house? If it is, then yes I did see it. I went to the top of the stairs, but the brush was so thick I couldn't continue without a machete. By the way, are you the founder of Boonie Stomp? Either way, a pleasure to hear from you.
@@planetguam8475 yes that is me from the Boonie Stomps. it has been a long time since I was there and my recollection is that it is way back in the rear just below the highest part of the house facing the ocean probably where the brush is so thick. @@percillasalas874 I'm not sure what that big word is, but at first I was startled. My first thought was that another person came to check out the place, like what I was doing, and I didn't hear him come in. Then when I thought about the place and the rumors, I started to spook myself. I regained composure and continued to actively search for spirts. I found none, they ignore me😪 What I thought I saw was a boy, age: about 9-11 years, short- dark hair, white shirt, and dark trousers. No color, his face was pale white. It was a quick flash, enough to stop me on my tracks and catch my breath. Then I saw the Zig-Zag man graffiti on the wall, next to where the boy stood for a millisecond, and it reminded me that I was stoned.
There's a whole lot more to it. Many stories about this place. Almost all are scary. I also heard the construction workers refused to finish it because they got spooked and were too scared to return.
It belonged to Madelyn bordello and her husband gov bordello. I'm assuming it was abandoned after her husband unalived himself. Maybe contact her she's still alive.
Actually he was leading, I was on camera. He told me he saw a little girl in a white dress, and took off. You’re right going there at night is a different story, especially alone, forget that. But I’ll go if I had someone with me that’s not going to bail at first sight of a ghost.

One day i swear,i will get to go to this place. And god forbid anything happens to me.i feel like im pretty good with the taotaomona and having some sort of contact with our ancestors.I have a very strict family and dont know if i will ever get chance 😅
You should go. It belonged to your forefathers, but be warned, I heard some of the spirits were victims of your family. Like the maid that was killed because she got pregnant by one of the Bordallo's. The police were bribed and covered it up. There is a lot of stories about this place. Not sure which is true or made up.
I had an old latte magazine with his one of his last interviews, he sas a very super humble and peaceful man. Who said he would rather live in his ranch and be with his chickens an pigs than in politics. It was very powerful interview if u can ask manny crisostomo for a copy it is very valueable insight to how he lived( ricky bordallo)
Chelu Email me I’ll be more then glad to check out some abandoned places I know this one old abandoned hotel near Kmart. Smoke some bud and let’s go explore
You've never been there? The next time I go I'll send you an invite. Just don't run when you suddenly see a ghost. If the spirits make it clear they don't want us around, by being hostile we'll leave. I felt at peace with them when I was there by myself. I think the good ghost comes out during the day, and the bad ones come out at night.

The only problem that I have with this is WHY did they have to come in and mess the place up. Just no respect 😮No matter the reason its still was someone's home😢
I was stationed there while he was governor. Where exactly is this mansion? Looks like the rugged east coast of the island. Pago pago?
Thank you for your service. Yes, it’s on the east coast of Guam, near Pago bay. Go up the hill towards Yona village, once you reach the top of hill it ‘s on your left side. Hard to see due to overgrowth of jungle. Take care, and Hafa Adai from Guam.
I remember back in 1986 my friends and I drove there to camp out, start a fire and cook hotdogs and tell scary stories (judge abate, taotaomona, duendes, etc.)... we only stayed for 6hrs and left (lol).
who's judge abate?
@@percillasalas874 The judge nai.. in Guam.
Btw, there used to be a clear driveway going to the mansion in 1986. Your video just put time into perspective lol... in other words, Im old lmao
Where's this located at?
Located in Yona, Guam. When you reach the top of the hill, it's located on your left side, next to the new condos.
Did you find the old Japanese lookout that should be at the top with a part of the house on the side?
when facing the front of the mansion, is it on the right side of the house? If it is, then yes I did see it. I went to the top of the stairs, but the brush was so thick I couldn't continue without a machete. By the way, are you the founder of Boonie Stomp? Either way, a pleasure to hear from you.
@@planetguam8475 yes that is me from the Boonie Stomps. it has been a long time since I was there and my recollection is that it is way back in the rear just below the highest part of the house facing the ocean probably where the brush is so thick. The walls are noticeably different from the rest of the structure.
@@davelotz1 Wow, a real pleasure Mr. Lotz. I grew up seeing you in the news taking these hikes. I always wanted to join. When I finally did, after retuning to Guam, I asked about you, and was told you had retired. About the Japanese lookout, I don't think I found it. After my partner got spooked and left me, I limited my exploring out of safety. Good to hear from you Mr. Lotz, a pioneer in Guam Boonie Stomping🤙🏽

@@davelotz1 sure thing. Thanks🙏🏽
We used to play hide and seek there at night. We did experience some weird activity on a couple occasions
Wow, you all must've been brave kids. What rumors have you heard of that place, and if you don't mind, what did you guys see?
@@planetguam8475 we took our deaf/mute friend there and as we were leaving he saw a kid in our car. This was when you were able to park fairly close to the house. Mid 1990s. On other occasion, we had a big group on the upper patio.. we were talkin just talking and all of a sudden heard what sounded like 2 coconut shells banging against eachother. We left quick. Later that night, my friend said he saw a guy on the very top rood looking down at us when we were on the patio section. He didn't say anything because we had girls with us and didn't want them to freak out.
@@planetguam8475 our deaf friend would not go back there with us after that day.
@@rayz671 Wow, really creepy, especially at night. Your friend might be deaf and mute, but he sure ain't dumb. I don't blame him for not wanting to go back. Thanks for sharing your experience🤙🏽
@@rayz671 where's rachel?
That’s a shame when I go back home to visit I see that house was beautiful
Yes, I heard it was very beautiful. And it is a shame that they let it go, and not trying to fix it up. I hope they do someday, instead of letting it go to waste. Take care🤙🏽
I kinda like this bring me your cup remix. Who sings it? Pls let me know.🤙🏾
Remix by: DJ WYSH
i'm surprised the mayors office hasn't taken it over, and turned it into something like a community center
Is the elvis house abandoned? If it is you should do that one 😬
Elvis house on Guam? I'm sorry but I never heard of it. Give me the location and I'll check it out.
@@planetguam8475 it’s in mongmong. I might be wrong about the rumors 😂maybe it’s not abandoned. There’s an unfinished tower like building next to it
@@planetguam8475 did you see the ghost straight up or your peripheral vision?
@@planetguam8475 it’s in Mong Mong near Bensons but it is not abandoned. Someone lives there.
Your badass and down che’lu speak to the ancestors👌🏽🤙🏽🇬🇺
Just need for the spirit to be blessed and she needs to Rest In Peace
Yes, true. I wonder what we can do to help her find peace. Take care.
I can’t remember the story to it. They just never finished building it right ?
There's a whole lot more to it. Many stories about this place. Almost all are scary. I also heard the construction workers refused to finish it because they got spooked and were too scared to return.
If I ever go to guam, I will go here and explore
Best to go after midnight. You will hear the jungle talking. If you can stay all night, then you are not scared of anything.
We go there at night that time.its like scary n then you back out.depend to your imagination.all i know just scary place at night.
Me checking out this video to see if my graffiti is still there from 13 yrs ago.... 😅😂🤣
was it? 😂
I'm just wondering how far the road to the gas station is from the house-
My guess is about a quarter mile. Not far.
How many bedrooms did you say? Ten? Looks spooky, gatchong! You are brave. Thanks for the tour. 👍👍👍
Eleven including the master bedroom. You're welcome primo, thanks for watching🤙🏽
@@planetguam8475 did it smell like piss in there!?!?
It belonged to Madelyn bordello and her husband gov bordello. I'm assuming it was abandoned after her husband unalived himself. Maybe contact her she's still alive.
You know I dreamed about this and the house was cursed and cuaght on fire
The place is so haunted that it couldn't even chase away those micronesians from spraying grafitti everywhere and vandalizing the place... SMH
I see u gt a partner nw
I wouldn't go anywhere near that place at night
Just speaking from past experiences
Anyways great video 🤙keep it coming 💯
Actually he was leading, I was on camera. He told me he saw a little girl in a white dress, and took off. You’re right going there at night is a different story, especially alone, forget that. But I’ll go if I had someone with me that’s not going to bail at first sight of a ghost.
wow a haunted house! that's so cool!
I read Mike’s comment and shit my pants. I’m about to go to bed man.
We used to play paint ball games there.
Cool place America on Western Pacific island seems like a great place to live busy but not to busy
If someone died in the family, It’s been abandoned because of don’t want to recall the past memories!
Yes, I can understand why they wouldn't want to live here anymore, only to bring back sad memories.
Woah thats sick!
Ghost in the distance: Hafa Adai
Thats scary.way back 1979.we were go there if is true theres some spirit stay there acording to some people.thats why we back out .haha we run out off there.i was 20yrs old back 1979.now im 63
Wow! So this place was already known, or rumored to be haunted even back in the 70's. Always good to hear from the old timers. Thanks for sharing your experience.
If you have to pee and you cant hold it and your outside then say singuela singuelu and say anything that escuzes them
We need respect to planet for not doing bad things jeaus must protect
Forbidden place. Those who enter will become very sick . The land belongs to the ancient tribes spirit's and should not be disturbed .
Corruption ruin that mansion.
Yes, I’ve heard. Thanks for confirming.
Wow gatchong tåoya Mona gi mansion sanghi fan gigiyu laugo. laughing out loud.
Ok so,infact i am a bordallo but the thing is i have never been here before.I really want to go here though, with all the stories ive heard that have brang this sort of intrest to me.
I heard a small girl laughing in your video
You did? Been a while since I made that video, probably just added it in. Thanks for your keen observation 👍🏽
I had a ghost go in me from there
Really? I would like very much to talk to that ghost. Are you on island?
Bordallo killed himself at the chief kapuha statue and his wife decided not to live there
The place probably reminded her of him, or his spirit lurks in that house.
Damn I remember that! I was just a kid when that happened, and they still had the old public market nearby.
The ghost was probably Ricky Bordalo
Yes, a lot of people believe so.
It was abandoned because of money problems 🤦🏻♂️
+ family drama
Yes, I heard that too, but was told the bank took it because of debt. Whoever owns it, I'm now wondering why they're not selling it, or fixing it up.
@@planetguam8475 it’s owned by Madeleine Bordallo
Who wud want to visit a haunted Mansion!
You'd be surprised. A lot of the teenagers on island would visit just for the thrills.
Next time bro don't wear your slippers😊
Chelu Email me I’ll be more then glad to check out some abandoned places I know this one old abandoned hotel near Kmart. Smoke some bud and let’s go explore
Chelu, I been there already. They've since reinforced entrance to that property. Verona Hotel, right? @ th-cam.com/video/MsjgOLuEXQQ/w-d-xo.html
I like see
I am from guam
Prima, Hafa adai from Guam🤙🏽
I wna go there so bad
You've never been there? The next time I go I'll send you an invite. Just don't run when you suddenly see a ghost. If the spirits make it clear they don't want us around, by being hostile we'll leave. I felt at peace with them when I was there by myself. I think the good ghost comes out during the day, and the bad ones come out at night.
Defaulted on payments and was taken from BOH
Thanks. This sheds light on what happened to this place. Wonder how much BOH is planning to sell this place. Take care and thanks again.
