    Thank you for making this stepwise video. Now after 6 days practise I have done complete chakrasan. I am also working on leg split. Hoping that I'll be able to do full leg split in this lockdown.

    Thank you so much Mam. Your video was very helpful, I straightaway began with chakrasana and I couldn't even lift my head for 1 nanosecond, I didn't quite believe about what you said in the video that you could do it in 5 days, but I still tried and on the 3rd day only I could lift my head for like 30 seconds, now I can do the chakrasana very nicely, and I have recommended your video to my friends. Thanks so much mam, keep up the good work.

    Practice postures
    1. Cat and cow pose
    2. Bhujangasana
    3. Bhujangasana with folded legs
    4. Pigeon pose
    5. Camel pose
    But do watch this video very well explained
