  • In this video I cover how to stand with perfect posture with main checkpoints at the feet, hips, low core, and upper back/chest.
Practice standing with this posture AT LEAST a couple times a day.
It should feel challenging to maintain all the cues when you practice but over time your body will start to hold better posture naturally (although it doesn’t necessarily get easier).
Practice your posture, then apply it to your training to get MORE results, with LESS strain on your joints.
Remember, whatever posture you hold under load (training) is what will be etched into your body even more… whether that’s good or bad.
If you want my help learning proper posture and movement mechanics and progressively building strength, power and speed on top of that base, book in a call with us @ the link below ⬇️

I’ve been to a lot of doctors for my feet I am flat footed I have bunions and my toes are going to the right and I’ve explained to them that my toes are my balance I need to get them straightened and they told me don’t worry about it but when you had me push my toes down ..I could feel and rotate my hips out that felt great. Thank you for being awesome. You have a gorgeous body keep up the good work.❤

Thank you! Really amazing video. I was wondering though are you supposed to be firing or bracing your core at all times even when just walking? Or is it mainly for when lifting?

I have been working on pelvic floor dysfunction and the PT has stressed diaphragm breathing and posture to stabilize the pelvis. Does this integrate with this situation?

It's honestly mind boggling how this information/science is available, yet it's not yet standard for professional athletes making millions a year(or even school children on second thought) to be guided through this/similar programs and thus are destroying their bodies.
But then again that's applicable to most things 😂. Humans lol we barely know anything yet.

Yeah it’s quite sad. Common knowledge is just on average so surface level. Not sure whether it’s chicken or the egg: common folk are too simple to understand nuanced topics or common folk are simple bc the nuanced details aren’t easily accessible…
