Hi Nick, looking for a condo for 2nd home. My wife and I are retired and love playing golf. Been there just lately and before love the area. Don’t want to be close to the beach my wife is afraid of hurricanes. Looking for a 2x2 condo are there many available?. We like the 501 and the 17 area and south of that. Don’t like the north myrtle beach to much. Love your videos keep up the good work
