@@onlinebusinesseswithkelly Oh I’ve used that one on Canva too. That’s a good idea to use an image for your signature. I’ll have to try that since Flodesk limits the fonts we can use within email.
can you edit a workflow that already published? I want to get something out tonight but don't have time to do all the other steps/emails
Yes you can, you just have to pause it while you're editing and then remember to re-publish the workflow.
Thank you for this video.. The flo you explained is pretty clear...BUT I do have 1 clarity question. Lets say I do flow with 5 emails and THEN I want to start a sales sequence to invite them to sign up for a 1:1 session with me. Should I do 1 nurture flow that has the 5 email then just start a series of sales emails after then within this same flow. Or should I create 2 completely different templates?? One that is just the welcome series and then one that is for sales only. Which means that when you click on the "My emails" folder, you would see 2 separate files. Since ppl will join the list at different times, trying to make sure that everyone gets the 1:1 offer not just at certain times of the year but always after they have seen a set number of emails. Hope this makes sense.
Great question! If you do two sequences you would need two triggers (ex lead magnets), I personally would extend the sequence and add the 1:1 to your sequence if you want everyone to get those emails.

My follow up however would be..hope this will make sense ⬇️
If I do 1 sequence of value emails then eventually offer them my smaller $197 session within that same sequence (let’s say after 5 nurturing emails they get the $197 offer), what happens if I want to do a special launch for a set date?
Example:
Let’s say someone signs up on Monday for my lead magnet but I have a special launch 4 times a year ($997) and the 1st launch starts Wednesday….does that mean ppl who just signed up on that Monday will still get the new launch details for the $997 product offering PLUS the other nurturing emails that eventually lead to the &197 offer? isn’t it strange for them to get a launch email and they haven’t gone through the typical “get to know me” smaller messages 1st?
Do U omit certain ppl from your launch UNTIL they go through the smaller offer default sequence and just get them on the next launch months later or does everyone get the big launch email even if they literally just signed up to a lead magnet the day before you launched ?
Wondering if this now becomes 2 completely different workflow sequences and how to handle new sign-ups
Amazingly helpful! Question: Can you add steps to the end of an active workflow? Ex: if I have a 5 email funnel, then want to go add follow-up nurture sequences, can I do that while it's active or do I need to set up all those steps before I publish/enroll peopel?
I'm so glad this was helpful! You can do that while its active but the people that were in the funnel before you added those emails will not go into the new emails. Does that make sense?
