What if I want them to be added to a segment after a purchase from a product has been made? That being said a form is not needed correct? But then how do I do it? lol I hope I make sense

It depends what tool you are using to sell products - are you using Flodesk Checkout? In which case you can add a segment to the product checkout. If you are using another tool/website to sell products you can use an automation tool like Zapier to add customers to a segment in Flodesk.
