I have a question. Could this be considered an entire ball handling workout for a workout session? Or do you have to add more ball handling drills on top of this one?
This helped me get more comfortable with the ball while doing lateral movements and getting to the rim, I would add some pounds or some other dribbling workout that gets your arms sore after this for like 5 mins to 10 nothing too crazy
