NS are one of my favorite squads in the game. I’ve had the old core 5 at R7 since JKR and DR were META in arena.
The old core 5 were MT, AV, Daka, Zombie, Spirit. As you know, Merrin replaced Spirit.
I have two Tenacity sets with one Potency set. Crit Avoid arrow is very helpful on her.
In GAC I like using NS against Finn/Zorii. Merrin’s omicron is an absolute must.
I’m in K1 so they are a niche team for sure now. I almost never set them on D in 5v5.
3v3 had a couple comps that can trip people up.

Nice. I will say I was seeing margins that are part of NS that counter Jabba want that triple tenacity since you can get a high potency on bosh leia.
Also, I was hoping to see more modding tips for the rest of the crew.

Beyond that, what’s your stance on modding Daka for Defence as opposed to health, increasing her effective hit-points?
I think that ideally you would want to mod Daka with health mods and primaries, and high secondary % defense.
I think I need to do research and get back to you, but sounds like a good series, "modding you new shinny NSs". I know that's not a great answer, but I'm unsure right now.

Not even giving us the Omegas makes these teams so much weaker than they appear to be be, on your roster. Been playing for exactly a year now, and still working on Rey from last October, with Kylo finished in January. I haven't had any omegas to spare in eons. Bought Night Sisters, but I cannot even guess when they'll be functional, but saving this video for the day I can start preparing them for real use on my roster.
Nah if u wanna 1 shot Jabba reliably go for 3x tenacity and secondaries protection and potency, u absolutely want to avoid CD cch health and speed
Nighsisters are criminally under-rated. Agree on modding Merrin. It's obvious from her kit that you don't want speed. That's just wasted rolls of the dice. One note: your 4000+ Merrins is only if you are considering top 100 guilds (i.e., 5000 players). If you consider all players, there are 150k 7-star Merrins. Which is still too few as she transformers the good NS team into a great team!

Hey, kind of a pointed question here. I'm just getting back into the game so Ive just finished 7*ing my Merrin. Mind you I had a full r7 NS team before.
While she does seem pretty cool on paper, what exactly is she doing for the NS team to push them beyond where they were?
Pre-Merrin NS could pretty easily handle JKR, DR (speed dependant), GG, BH, Omicron Geos, etc. What teams are they able to handle now with Merrin that they couldn't before? Appreciate the vid as well.
She helps spam LOADS of plaque and she is yet another revive mechanic. Otherwise, I'm not 100% sure as I'm not an expert on NS., but she certainly makes the team more successful in GAC.

I'm only two pieces away from g13 on Merrin. I farmed her when she was still a single drop. 🥴

But for even better insights,buy GAC Insights,then you will see that Peak speed (161) on Merrin,how and vs what was it used.
Speed is essential if you don't use zombie if she's the last night sister alive you want her to take us to turn as soon as possible but I agree unless you have a super deep mod pool it shouldn't be a priority
Totally a great point! I had not considered that, but I wouldn't mod for that situation as that's like a "break glass in case of fire" moment. Better to mod to avoid that situation, than to get out of it I feel.
@@thegerbil23 it is pretty common in night sisters VS Jabba scenario. you don't want to bring zombie here because she doesn't stay dead and you can't tm train unless other members are dead
If you use the zombie sisters, the speed in Merrin It will never help, but if she is the last survivor, she can use speed, but we almost always use it with the zombie
Nice tip, I had not considered here'd being alone. But that's a niche situation and one you hopefully are not in, so ya, I would not mod for that as the default choice.
Is it really worth the price ? In this pack, I would say 4 of them are useless and there is no Merrin 🤔
if you don't mind spending the money, then yes, 100%. Think of it this way, it's instant access to the assault battles if you don't have it. Or... another way of thinking is that each unit needs 100 kyrotechs just go to from gear 12 to 13 (ignoring all other gear requirements), which means for $15 you get 800 kyrotechs, whereas the $5 kyro bundle gives you 50 (25 of each), which at that rate would costs considerably more! A final thought, while NS are not needed for a raid or anything specific now (-AB), they inevitably will be, especially if we go the Ahsoka route.
