    Thanks! I really appreciate the feedback! :)
    When I first started, I was pretty stinking scared of doing anything haha. I actually learned my basic flips, front and backflip, inside a gym on a trampoline. After I knew the motions, I took those flips to the spring floor with the use of mats. After that, I tried in my backyard without a mat (freaked myself out). After that point, it broke my fear and I was able to do it haha. Now, I typically just learn new flips in my yard. Good Luck! Stay Safe!

    I'll work on it here soon, can't wait! :) I've been pretty busy lately though with performances and rehearsals for a show. I'm done now so I should be able to start getting some more content out.

    Jesus Christ, no matter how hard I try to get my aerial it always doesn't work. This video has helped me go over the motion, but as soon as I don't use my hands, I completely forget how to complete the move. To me, this is harder than the corkscrew, I got that one down easy.

    Your pre exercises has helped me a lot but I can't seem to have enough strength to kick off with my leg. Is there a certain excercise you could reccommend me to make my kicks stronger?

    • @ChristopherTungFlips
      @ChristopherTungFlips  9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      +walterprk Glad I could help! Try holding onto a bar/table and kick your kicking leg backwards in the motion of the aerial. You could even practice handstands this way. Additionally, maybe try working on your flexibility as well! That'll definitely help. Best of luck!

    Hi Christopher! This tutorial really helped me pull off my aerial, after I hadn't been able to figure it out for years, so thank you!
    I've noticed that when I try to do it from a full on run, I'm usually unsuccessful because I can't seem to control the take-off; but when I attempt it from just a short, easy jog, I can pull it off. I'm wondering if it's the same for you, or if you have any tips for trying to do it from an all out run, because I feel like if I had more momentum behind it, I could potentially get more height out of my aerial. So do you have any specific tips about controlling the set-up and take-off from a run?

    Great tutorial i just did a few aerials 2 weeks ago but just wondering shkuld u get a high jump
    So u get hight and then ur head will be higher off the ground not bejng negative just windering but u still did t so it works its just u should grtore hight and for beginners to know your arms should be in second out to the side. This is nt a hate ckmment it is supposed to be supportive

    Tip: the way I got my aerial is that I went to a trampoline park one day and managed to be able to do it on a trampoline. Then for the next like 30 minutes I kept practicing my aerial on the trampoline. Two days later I attempted it on ground
    *i got it*
