Honestly dude your videos always maintain a level of quality, they're beautiful! I don't even know how to do tricks yet and I enjoyed this because it's just cool to understand how it all works. My favorite was the explanation of blocking with the soccer ball metaphor. Dope stuff man
Very nice! This is one thing I have been struggling with recently, so for you to make a video about it right now seems like a sign. :P Thanks for the quality content!
I am sure this is the best video I have seen. Quality, clarity, simplicity and accuracy will be tested once I use the info. Great video!!! I'm subscribing!!!!
I hope you see this! You're videos are the best. You have very good quality and performance that makes the video enjoyable and just wants me to watch more, keep up the good work :)
Wow you got alot of knowledge about flipping! Your explanations are very clear and straight forward! Awesome tutorials and I have never seen such clean flips before!Where have you learned all of that? :D Keep it up, your vids are amazing!
I can’t try these out right now cause I’m in bed but tomorrow I’m DEFINITELY going to go out there and try these tips out and perfect my form! This is honestly my first video I saw of you and your already and inspiration! Thank you so much!
Yo, have you thought about color grading your videos? They seems to have a pretty flat profile, I think you could really make them look nice by grading them
TheStan98 Thanks for pointing that out! That's good feedback. So, I typically have my camera set up to shoot on a flat profile, so I can color grade later. On this particular video, however, I only applied a very light color grade (which could have been done better) to fix some of the colors and balance some the badly over-exposed shots. I wanted to spend a lot more time color grading this video, but I've got a ton of finals this week at college, and it can be difficult to budget my time since writing, shooting, and editing my own videos is very time consuming, haha. But, for an instructional video like this, cinematic color grading isn't quite my first priority unless I have a lot of time to do it! If you check out my last video, Why I Took a Break, you can see some color grading that I do though!
Chris, Thanks dude you really helped me out! Is there any way i can get in contact so you can help with my backflips?! I love your vids and hope to see more! but if you see this can you please help me out??? Thanks man!
Hey im wondering kf you could tell me why i cant land my front flips anymore i used to be able to but then one day i couldnt ive watched the recording lf me and i just dont get enough rotation if you could reply to this i would apreciate it and i have already watched your fronflil mistakes
It's important to warm-up to help get your blood flowing. Then, practice doing some straddle stretches, lunges, pike stretch, etc. Check out my old aerial tutorial! I show some stretches there.
I need help..😣😣... on my backflip i dont get any height at all. I use to get a lot of height but i fractured my knee. I go to low to do a backhandspring.
hey Christopher Tung ! can you help me with my corkscrew ? i can jump pretty high for the trick but i have a trouble for spinning the trick. when i was in the air, my legs feels like out of control hahahaha. can you give me any tips for this ? please haha
Hi, this video really helped but I still just cannot land the front flip. I constantly land on my back. My legs aren't very strong and if I jump of my bed onto the ground, my knees collapse and I fall onto the floor so I'm planning on doing some of the leg excersises to get even higher jumps. Another thing I'm having trouble with is that I am practicing from off of my floor onto my mattresses and every time I go for a flip, I put my hands down and it goes into a sort of forward roll. How can I stop that from happening? And one more is that I don't get how to tuck while your in the air. It would really help if you would reply to this.
But ya gotta focus
Pigmie is a stud.
But ya gatta commit
I love pigmie
Luls
This is not pigmie
His jumps are just so well excecuted that they look easy. A lot of trickers and freerunners are sloppy but he's just awesome to look at.
Honestly dude your videos always maintain a level of quality, they're beautiful! I don't even know how to do tricks yet and I enjoyed this because it's just cool to understand how it all works. My favorite was the explanation of blocking with the soccer ball metaphor. Dope stuff man
